氧傳感器用催化鉑電極漿料的制備及其電性能測試

【摘要】:氧傳感器是車用監(jiān)控空燃比、保證尾氣排放達(dá)標(biāo)的測量組件,鉑電極是催化傳感器的核心元件。將特定質(zhì)量比的鉑-鋯復(fù)合粉末與有機(jī)粘合劑混合,使用三輥軋機(jī)軋制制備了催化鉑電極漿料,并將其應(yīng)用于傳感器上檢測其電性能。結(jié)果表明,所得催化鉑電極漿料滿足氧傳感器件的要求,性能良好。
[Abstract]:Oxygen sensor is a measuring module to monitor air-fuel ratio and ensure exhaust emission up to standard. Platinum electrode is the core component of catalytic sensor. The Pt-Zr composite powder with specific mass ratio was mixed with organic binder and the catalytic platinum electrode paste was prepared by three-high rolling mill and applied to the sensor to test its electrical properties. The results show that the catalytic platinum electrode paste meets the requirements of oxygen sensing devices and has good performance.
