【摘要】：針對(duì)鐵路集裝箱運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中,由于鐵路平車(chē)鎖座平面度超差而導(dǎo)致集裝箱傾覆等現(xiàn)象,制定了鎖座高度調(diào)整方案.提出以遺傳算法基本模型為基礎(chǔ),建立相應(yīng)的平車(chē)鎖座調(diào)整算法模型.應(yīng)用遺傳算法中的種群自然選擇原則,確定鎖座調(diào)整過(guò)程中基因變量和染色體變量,并根據(jù)選擇過(guò)程中的約束條件要求,定義適應(yīng)度函數(shù),進(jìn)行多代篩選.最終得到調(diào)整鎖座數(shù)最少且調(diào)整總高度值最少的最佳高度調(diào)整方案.
[Abstract]:In the process of railway container transportation, the adjustment scheme of height of lock seat is established because of the overflatness of the lock seat of the railway and the overturning of the container. Based on the basic model of genetic algorithm, the corresponding adjustment algorithm model of lock seat of flat vehicle is established. Applying the principle of population natural selection in genetic algorithm, the genetic variables and chromosome variables in lock-adjusting process are determined. According to the constraints in the selection process, the fitness function is defined and the multi-generation screening is carried out. Finally, the optimal height adjustment scheme with the least number of lock-ups and the minimum total height is obtained.
