【摘要】:文章針對(duì)某炮彈裝配兵工廠實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用需求,提出了基于工控組態(tài)軟件MCGS與可編程控制器PLC的數(shù)據(jù)采集實(shí)現(xiàn)。PLC采用西門子S7-300系列,組態(tài)軟件采用MCGS,通信方式采用工業(yè)以太網(wǎng),數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)采用ODBC方式,外部數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)采用SQL Server 2008數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。文中詳細(xì)介紹了組態(tài)軟件MCGS與PLC之間的通信過(guò)程以及數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)到外部SQL Server2008的具體實(shí)現(xiàn),并且數(shù)據(jù)可以在生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)中實(shí)時(shí)的顯示。
[Abstract]:According to the application demand of a real time data management system in an artillery shell assembly factory, this paper puts forward a data acquisition realization based on industrial control configuration software MCGS and programmable controller PLC. The Siemens S7-300 series is adopted. Configuration software adopts MCGS, communication mode adopts industrial Ethernet, data storage adopts ODBC mode, external database adopts SQL Server 2008 database. The communication process between configuration software MCGS and PLC and the realization of data storage to external SQL Server2008 are introduced in detail, and the data can be displayed in real time in the production management system.
