【摘要】：針對傳統(tǒng)機器學(xué)習(xí)要求訓(xùn)練樣本和測試樣本具有相同分布的假設(shè)在實際應(yīng)用中難以滿足的問題,進行了遷移學(xué)習(xí)的研究。當源域與目標域的相關(guān)性較小時,粗暴式地強制性遷移不僅不能促進目標域?qū)W習(xí),甚至?xí)档蛯W(xué)習(xí)性能,即出現(xiàn)負遷移問題。為此,提出了一種基于多重相似性的多源域遷移學(xué)習(xí)方法。該方法首先從域—域和樣本—域兩個層面來更加準確地衡量目標域與多個源域的相關(guān)性;然后根據(jù)目標域分類器與相關(guān)源域分類器對目標域無標記樣本具有相似決策值的平滑性流形假設(shè),實現(xiàn)源域知識向目標域遷移的目的。在公共數(shù)據(jù)集上的實驗結(jié)果表明,所提出的遷移學(xué)習(xí)方法不僅能夠從多個不同源域中挖掘更多的知識用于目標域?qū)W習(xí),而且能夠根據(jù)域間相似性有選擇地進行遷移,可以有效地避免負遷移問題。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the traditional machine learning requires the same distribution of training samples and test samples, the transfer learning is studied. When the correlation between the source domain and the target domain is small, the rough mandatory transfer not only can not promote the learning of the target domain, but will even reduce the learning performance, that is, the problem of negative transfer occurs. Therefore, a multi-source domain transfer learning method based on multiple similarity is proposed. The method firstly measures the correlation between target domain and multiple source domains more accurately from two aspects: domain domain and sample domain. Then, according to the smooth manifold hypothesis that the target domain classifier and the correlation source domain classifier have similar decision value to the target domain unlabeled sample, the goal of knowledge migration from the source domain to the target domain is realized. Experimental results on common data sets show that the proposed transfer learning method can not only mine more knowledge from multiple different domains for target domain learning, but also selectively migrate according to the similarity between domains. The problem of negative migration can be avoided effectively.
