【摘要】：為了解決焊接機器人對薄板微細焊縫的自動定位和焊接問題,研究了一種基于視覺的高精度微細對接焊縫初始點定位方法。提出一種局部范圍內(nèi)兩步精確定位方法,第一步,獲取工件在不同尺度及旋轉角度下的圖像,建立典型的模板匹配庫,利用模板匹配方法提取出焊縫初始點位置區(qū)域;第二步,采用Shi-Tomasi算法在此局部范圍內(nèi)進行角點檢測,計算亞像素級角點位置并進行初始點精確定位。通過對現(xiàn)場拍攝的50幅不同高度和旋轉角度的圖像進行初始點檢測,實現(xiàn)了對所有圖像的準確檢測。實驗結果表明,兩步定位方法魯棒性強,可以精確定位出規(guī)則邊界和不規(guī)則邊界焊縫的初始點,解決了微細對接焊縫初始點定位問題,達到了期望結果。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of automatic localization and welding of thin weld seam by welding robot, a high precision initial point location method based on vision was studied. In this paper, a two-step accurate localization method in local range is proposed. In the first step, the images of workpiece at different scales and rotation angles are obtained, the typical template matching library is established, and the initial position area of weld seam is extracted by template matching method. The Shi-Tomasi algorithm is used to detect the corner in this local range, and the sub-pixel corner position is calculated and the initial location is accurately located. Through the initial point detection of 50 images with different heights and rotation angles, all images were detected accurately. The experimental results show that the two-step localization method is robust and can accurately locate the initial point of the weld seam with regular and irregular boundaries. The problem of locating the initial point of the micro-butt weld is solved and the expected results are achieved.
