【摘要】:變壓器油中溶解氣體在線監(jiān)測(cè)的關(guān)鍵是氣體檢測(cè)的傳感器技術(shù),如何準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量、分析油中二氧化碳?xì)怏w的含量是這一技術(shù)的難點(diǎn)。為解決這一難題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于矩形窗時(shí)域?yàn)V波算法的熱導(dǎo)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用新型熱導(dǎo)傳感器TCS208F,針對(duì)其輸出信號(hào)小,采集分析難度大的問(wèn)題,采用模擬濾波和數(shù)字濾波相結(jié)合的方法,完成熱導(dǎo)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的軟硬件優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)二氧化碳?xì)怏w微弱信號(hào)的采集與分析。該方法有效地抑制了各種類型的噪聲干擾,提高了系統(tǒng)測(cè)量的精度與靈敏度,實(shí)現(xiàn)了微量氣體濃度的準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量,克服了傳統(tǒng)氣體熱導(dǎo)檢測(cè)的缺點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The key to on-line monitoring dissolved gas in transformer oil is the sensor technology of gas detection. It is difficult to accurately measure and analyze the content of carbon dioxide gas in the oil.To solve this problem, a thermal conductivity detection system based on rectangular window time domain filtering algorithm is designed.The system adopts a new thermal conductivity sensor TCS208F. aiming at the problem of small output signal and difficult acquisition and analysis, the system adopts the method of combining analog filter and digital filter to complete the optimization design of software and hardware of the thermal conductivity detection system.The weak signal of carbon dioxide gas is collected and analyzed.This method can effectively suppress all kinds of noise interference, improve the accuracy and sensitivity of the system, realize the accurate measurement of trace gas concentration, and overcome the shortcomings of traditional gas thermal conductivity detection.
