基于PXI總線的伺服機(jī)構(gòu)測試系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:針對現(xiàn)有測試系統(tǒng)可擴(kuò)展性差且無法準(zhǔn)確獲知伺服機(jī)構(gòu)健康狀態(tài)的問題,以導(dǎo)彈伺服機(jī)構(gòu)測試系統(tǒng)研制為背景,提出一種基于PXI總線和虛擬儀器的自動化測試方案。從系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計出發(fā),詳細(xì)闡述測試系統(tǒng)的軟、硬件設(shè)計,并利用虛擬儀器和PXI總線儀器,搭建了具有高可靠性、便捷性和實(shí)用性的伺服機(jī)構(gòu)測試平臺,最后提出基于模糊層次分析的數(shù)據(jù)融合方法,對各項(xiàng)測試指標(biāo)隸屬度進(jìn)行融合,進(jìn)而得到伺服機(jī)構(gòu)的健康狀態(tài)等級。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)能夠較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)各項(xiàng)功能,并具有一定的可移植性和擴(kuò)展性,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)不同伺服機(jī)構(gòu)的測試要求,為裝備測試系統(tǒng)開發(fā)提供了一定借鑒價值,對長期貯存裝備的維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem that the existing test system has poor expansibility and can not accurately know the health state of servo mechanism, an automatic test scheme based on PXI bus and virtual instrument is proposed based on the development of missile servo mechanism test system.Starting from the overall design of the system, the software and hardware design of the test system is described in detail, and a high reliability, convenience and practicability test platform of servo mechanism is built by using virtual instrument and PXI bus instrument.Finally, a data fusion method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is proposed to fuse the membership degree of each test index, and then get the health status grade of the servo mechanism.The experimental results show that the system can achieve various functions well, and has certain portability and expansibility. It can meet the test requirements of different servo mechanism, and provides a certain reference value for the development of equipment test system.It is of great significance to the maintenance and maintenance of long-term storage equipment.
