中國電信計費(fèi)運(yùn)營網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:中國電信行業(yè)的重組促進(jìn)了三大運(yùn)營商之間競爭,對中國電信行業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。在已經(jīng)到來的存量競爭時代,運(yùn)營商高度重視移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)市場,希望尋求新的利潤增長點。移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對現(xiàn)有計費(fèi)系統(tǒng)提出了三大挑戰(zhàn),運(yùn)營流程及協(xié)作模式不再具備“屬地化部署”的特征;“流量計費(fèi)”需求凸顯,而現(xiàn)有的計費(fèi)系統(tǒng)只能支持簡單的套餐計費(fèi)等;即時消息、微信等應(yīng)用呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢,全網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)交換從“文件類”數(shù)據(jù)為主迅速轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐浴跋㈩悺睌?shù)據(jù)為主。中國電信為了應(yīng)對以上挑戰(zhàn)并提升核心競爭力,提出了中國電信計費(fèi)運(yùn)營網(wǎng)的概念,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)化業(yè)務(wù)支撐能力為目標(biāo),兼容現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù),支持業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化全面發(fā)展。中國電信計費(fèi)運(yùn)營網(wǎng)由業(yè)務(wù)網(wǎng)元、控制網(wǎng)元和數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)元三種承載不同業(yè)務(wù)的網(wǎng)元組成,計費(fèi)網(wǎng)內(nèi)的所有網(wǎng)元之間采用Diameter基礎(chǔ)協(xié)議進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)通信。業(yè)務(wù)控制系統(tǒng)是指計費(fèi)網(wǎng)中的控制網(wǎng)元,由業(yè)務(wù)控制器和業(yè)務(wù)路由器組成。論文完成了中國電信計費(fèi)運(yùn)營網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn),主要工作包括:計費(fèi)運(yùn)營網(wǎng)的介紹和相關(guān)技術(shù)分析、業(yè)務(wù)控制系統(tǒng)需求分析、業(yè)務(wù)控制系統(tǒng)概要設(shè)計、業(yè)務(wù)控制系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)和系統(tǒng)測試等。在業(yè)務(wù)控制系統(tǒng)需求分析中,以用例圖的形式對業(yè)務(wù)控制系統(tǒng)的需求進(jìn)行闡述;業(yè)務(wù)控制系統(tǒng)概要設(shè)計從需求出發(fā)進(jìn)行總體設(shè)計和基本表結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計;詳細(xì)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)階段針對每個模塊的實現(xiàn)流程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,具體包括鏈路管理、路由管理網(wǎng)元管理和擁塞管理等功能實現(xiàn);最后從單元測試和集成測試兩個方面對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測試,保證系統(tǒng)的正確性。本人在項目中承擔(dān)了鏈路管理、路由管理網(wǎng)元管理和擁塞管理的功能設(shè)計與實現(xiàn),并在開發(fā)完成之后配合全網(wǎng)組網(wǎng)聯(lián)合測試。論文完成的計費(fèi)運(yùn)營網(wǎng)業(yè)務(wù)控制系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成功通過了組網(wǎng)聯(lián)合測試,并作為中國電信的業(yè)務(wù)支撐系統(tǒng)成功上線,后續(xù)計費(fèi)業(yè)務(wù)將接入中國電信計費(fèi)運(yùn)營網(wǎng)。
[Abstract]:The reorganization of China's telecom industry promotes competition among the three major operators and has a profound impact on the development of China's telecommunications industry.In the era of stock competition, operators attach great importance to the mobile Internet market and seek new profit growth points.The mobile Internet poses three major challenges to the existing billing system, such as the operation process and the cooperation mode are no longer characterized by "localized deployment", the demand for "traffic charging" is prominent, while the existing billing system can only support simple package billing, etc.Instant messaging, WeChat and other applications show an upward trend, the whole network data exchange from "file class" data based on the rapid change to "message class" data based.In order to meet the above challenges and enhance the core competitiveness, China Telecom puts forward the concept of China Telecom Billing and operating Network, which aims at supporting network services, compatible with existing services and supporting the overall development of network services.The billing and operation network of China Telecom is composed of three kinds of network elements, namely, service network element, control network element and data network element, which carry different services. All the network elements in the charging network adopt Diameter basic protocol for data communication.The service control system refers to the control network element in the billing network, which consists of the service controller and the service router.The thesis has completed the design and implementation of the service control system of China Telecom Billing and Operation Network. The main work includes the introduction and related technical analysis of the Billing and Operation Network, the requirement analysis of the Service Control system, and the outline design of the Service Control system.Business control system detailed design and implementation and system testing.In the requirement analysis of the business control system, the requirements of the service control system are expounded in the form of use case diagram, the general design of the business control system is designed from the requirements and the basic table structure is designed.The detailed design and implementation of each module are described in detail, including link management, routing management network element management and congestion management.Finally, the system is tested from the aspects of unit test and integration test to ensure the correctness of the system.In the project, I undertake the function design and implementation of link management, routing management element management and congestion management, and cooperate with the whole network joint test after the development.The business control system of the billing and operation network has successfully passed the network joint test and has been successfully launched as the service support system of China Telecom. The subsequent charging service will be connected to the China Telecom charging operation network.
