智能變電站嵌入式平臺(tái)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:智能變電站使用的裝置均采用嵌入式軟硬件平臺(tái)架構(gòu),經(jīng)過新一代智能變電站建設(shè)的試點(diǎn),智能變電站長時(shí)間運(yùn)行的可靠性仍有待提高。針對(duì)智能變電站嵌入式平臺(tái)的特點(diǎn),開發(fā)了一套測(cè)試嵌入式平臺(tái)的測(cè)試系統(tǒng)。該測(cè)試系統(tǒng)基于實(shí)際的軟硬件平臺(tái),針對(duì)內(nèi)部通信特點(diǎn),定制測(cè)試用例驅(qū)動(dòng),能夠模擬極端情況下各個(gè)板卡間協(xié)調(diào)工作和運(yùn)行的可靠性,實(shí)現(xiàn)軟件平臺(tái)任務(wù)調(diào)度、時(shí)間和內(nèi)存管理、中斷和邊界等功能及性能的自動(dòng)測(cè)試和分析。通過該嵌入式平臺(tái)測(cè)試系統(tǒng),能夠快速模擬裝置整個(gè)生命周期的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)和可能出現(xiàn)的異,F(xiàn)象,從而保證智能變電站相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的穩(wěn)定性。該測(cè)試系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在智能變電站軟硬件平臺(tái)的研發(fā)測(cè)試過程中得到了充分的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The devices used in intelligent substation are all based on embedded hardware and software platform. Through the pilot of the new generation intelligent substation construction, the reliability of intelligent substation running for a long time still needs to be improved.According to the characteristics of intelligent substation embedded platform, a test system for testing embedded platform is developed.The test system is based on the actual hardware and software platform, according to the characteristics of internal communication, customized test case driven, can simulate the reliability of the coordination and operation of various boards in extreme cases, and achieve the task scheduling of the software platform.Automatic testing and analysis of time and memory management, interrupt and boundary functions and performance.Through the embedded platform test system, the operation state and possible abnormal phenomena of the whole life cycle of the device can be quickly simulated, thus ensuring the stability of the related products of intelligent substation.The test system has been fully applied in the development and testing of intelligent substation hardware and software platform.
