面向質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的可拓知識(shí)表達(dá)與診斷推理

【摘要】:為使生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中檢測(cè)信息不足的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)得到相對(duì)合理的解決方案,針對(duì)案例的形式化表示及推理方法的局限性,提出基于可拓知識(shí)表達(dá)的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題案例推理方法.結(jié)合物元模型給出質(zhì)量問(wèn)題域的物元特征項(xiàng)和實(shí)例模型的知識(shí)表達(dá);利用可拓變換對(duì)檢索、重用、修正以及存儲(chǔ)過(guò)程中的特征項(xiàng)調(diào)整進(jìn)行相容性求解;結(jié)合基于領(lǐng)域知識(shí)的分層實(shí)例組織形式與最近鄰檢索策略給出案例推理計(jì)算方法;對(duì)608-2RS球軸承振動(dòng)問(wèn)題解決方案的求解表明,該方法實(shí)用、可行.
[Abstract]:In order to get a relatively reasonable solution in the shortest time for the quality problem of detecting insufficient information in the production process, the paper aims at the limitation of formal representation of cases and reasoning methods.A case-based reasoning method for quality problems based on extension knowledge representation is proposed.Combining matter-element model, the matter element feature item of quality problem domain and the knowledge expression of example model are given, and the consistency of retrieval, reuse, correction and feature item adjustment in storage procedure is solved by extension transformation.Combining the hierarchical case organization form based on domain knowledge with the nearest neighbor retrieval strategy, the method of case-based reasoning is presented, and the solution to the vibration problem of 608-2RS ball bearing shows that this method is practical and feasible.
