基于遺傳算法優(yōu)化的BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的禽病輔助診斷與管理信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:為了滿足基層養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)對(duì)獸醫(yī)服務(wù)的需要,降低養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)家禽發(fā)病率,研究采用B/S結(jié)構(gòu)模式設(shè)計(jì)遺傳算法優(yōu)化的BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的禽病輔助診斷與管理信息系統(tǒng),應(yīng)用Visual Basic.NET、Asp.NET開發(fā)語(yǔ)言與SQL Server 2008數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等實(shí)驗(yàn)工具進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,采用遺傳算法優(yōu)化BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的推理機(jī)制進(jìn)行疾病診斷專家系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),運(yùn)用遺傳算法在全局空間上搜索權(quán)值和閾值的最優(yōu)解,再用BP算法在最優(yōu)點(diǎn)附近尋求最優(yōu)值。結(jié)果表明:在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,誤診率低,可以提高養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)管理效率,可用于進(jìn)一步分析與挖掘養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)中的潛在信息,提高利用效率。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of the grass - roots farms to the veterinary services and reduce the incidence of poultry in the breeding farm , a B / S structure model is adopted to design the disease - aided diagnosis and management information system of the BP neural network , which is optimized by genetic algorithm . The optimal solution of the weight and threshold value is searched by using genetic algorithm . The results show that the system is stable in operation , low in error rate , and can improve the management efficiency of the breeding farm , and can be used for further analyzing and mining the potential information in the production data of the breeding farm and improving the utilization efficiency .
