模型驅(qū)動(dòng)PID控制策略及其應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:大多數(shù)工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)往往存在著大慣性、大時(shí)滯、不穩(wěn)定等各種復(fù)雜的特性,傳統(tǒng)的PID控制難以取得令人滿(mǎn)意的控制效果。為此,本文運(yùn)用了一種先進(jìn)的控制策略——模型驅(qū)動(dòng)PID(Model-Driven PID,MD-PID)作為解決上述問(wèn)題的突破點(diǎn),在深入分析MD-PID控制策略的基礎(chǔ)上,將其應(yīng)用于上述難以控制的對(duì)象中,以取得好的控制效果。本文首先對(duì)MD-PID進(jìn)行了深入的研究,分析了MD-PID控制系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、各個(gè)模塊在控制系統(tǒng)中所起的作用和意義以及現(xiàn)有的參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)方法;并針對(duì)典型工業(yè)對(duì)象進(jìn)行控制仿真,通過(guò)與傳統(tǒng)PID控制、內(nèi)模控制相比較,得出MD-PID的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在;與此同時(shí)探究了MD-PID對(duì)其它經(jīng)典控制系統(tǒng)的兼容性,體現(xiàn)了其控制系統(tǒng)的靈活性。其次在現(xiàn)有的MD-PID理論基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了對(duì)其控制結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)的模型驅(qū)動(dòng)二自由度PID(Model-Driven Two-Degree-Of-Freedom PID,MD-TDOF-PID),探討了二自由度參數(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的影響,并提出了對(duì)其控制策略進(jìn)行改進(jìn)的改進(jìn)型MD-PID(Improved Model-Driven PID,I-MD-PID)。其中MD-TDOF-PID是通過(guò)二自由度參數(shù)使系統(tǒng)目標(biāo)值跟蹤特性和干擾抑制特性可以獨(dú)立設(shè)置,同時(shí)達(dá)到最佳;I-MD-PID則是通過(guò)提高控制過(guò)程中模型的匹配精度,提升控制品質(zhì)。最后將MD-TDOF-PID控制策略應(yīng)用于具有大慣性、大時(shí)滯特性的火電廠煙氣脫硝系統(tǒng)?紤]到脫硝系統(tǒng)的非線性特性,在MD-TDOF-PID控制策略的基礎(chǔ)上,引入多模型自適應(yīng)控制策略。在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,先通過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)特性試驗(yàn),建立不同工況下的對(duì)象模型;然后針對(duì)各個(gè)對(duì)象模型分別設(shè)計(jì)MD-TDOF-PID控制器并加權(quán)輸出,最后通過(guò)仿真和工程應(yīng)用表明:無(wú)論是穩(wěn)定工況還是變工況狀態(tài),自適應(yīng)MD-TDOF-PID均可以滿(mǎn)足脫硝系統(tǒng)的控制要求。
[Abstract]:Most industrial control systems often have complex characteristics such as large inertia, large time delay, instability and so on. Traditional PID control is difficult to obtain satisfactory control effect. In this paper, an advanced control strategy, model-driven PID(Model-Driven PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-model, is used as the breakthrough point to solve the above problems. Based on the in-depth analysis of the control strategy of MD-PID, the MD-PID-PID-PID-model is applied to the object which is difficult to control. In order to achieve a good control effect. Firstly, this paper makes a deep research on MD-PID, analyzes the structure of MD-PID control system, the function and significance of each module in the control system and the existing parameter design methods. By comparing with traditional PID control and internal model control, the advantages of MD-PID are obtained. At the same time, the compatibility of MD-PID to other classical control systems is explored. The flexibility of its control system is embodied. Secondly, on the basis of the existing MD-PID theory, the model driving PID(Model-Driven Two-Degree-Of-Freedom PID-MD-TDOF-PIDN is introduced, and the influence of the two-degree-of-freedom parameters on the system is discussed. The improved MD-PID(Improved Model-Driven PIDI-MD-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-PID-@@. At the same time, to achieve the best I-MD-PID is to improve the control quality by improving the matching accuracy of the model in the control process. Finally, the MD-TDOF-PID control strategy is applied to the large inertia. Considering the nonlinear characteristics of denitrification system, a multi-model adaptive control strategy is introduced on the basis of MD-TDOF-PID control strategy. The object model under different working conditions is established, and then the MD-TDOF-PID controller is designed for each object model and the weighted output is designed. Finally, the simulation and engineering application show that the model is stable or off-condition. Adaptive MD-TDOF-PID can meet the control requirements of denitrification system.
