【摘要】:論文對(duì)市內(nèi)的配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化進(jìn)行了深入論證和研究,在研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化設(shè)計(jì)的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及發(fā)展前景的基礎(chǔ)上,分析對(duì)比了阿克蘇配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化的今后發(fā)展方向。為了滿足目前城市配網(wǎng)供電“三性一化”的新要求,就如何解決配網(wǎng)供電的瓶頸問(wèn)題,分析了阿克蘇市配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化改造的必要性。分別對(duì)配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化按照一次設(shè)計(jì)研究、二次設(shè)計(jì)研究進(jìn)行方案闡述,在一次中分別對(duì)單環(huán)網(wǎng)、雙環(huán)網(wǎng)聯(lián)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了比選,在二次系統(tǒng)中分別對(duì)主站建設(shè)、通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)和數(shù)據(jù)互聯(lián)進(jìn)行了研究,同時(shí)根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)氐氖召Y情況,對(duì)配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化所涉及的設(shè)備選型及理論參數(shù)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算和校驗(yàn),根據(jù)最優(yōu)方案,按照實(shí)際情況對(duì)阿克蘇市的配網(wǎng)設(shè)備進(jìn)行了“三遙”操控完善,通過(guò)實(shí)踐論證方案的可實(shí)施性,展望阿克蘇市通過(guò)配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化改造后的成效,最后通過(guò)研究過(guò)程中涉及到得系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)互聯(lián)工作,可以有效的指導(dǎo)配網(wǎng)自動(dòng)化的建設(shè)實(shí)施,對(duì)于全面提高配電網(wǎng)的供電能力和供電可靠性具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the automation of distribution network in the city has been deeply demonstrated and studied, and on the basis of studying the advanced experience and development prospect of the automation design of distribution network at home and abroad, This paper analyzes and compares the future development direction of Aksu distribution network automation. In order to meet the new requirements of "three characteristics and one transformation" of urban distribution network power supply, how to solve the bottleneck problem of distribution network power supply is discussed. The necessity of automatic transformation of distribution network in Aksu City is analyzed. The scheme of the automation of distribution network according to the primary design and the secondary design research is described, and the single ring network and the double ring network connection are compared and selected respectively in the first time. In the secondary system, the main station construction, communication network and data interconnection are studied, and the equipment selection and theoretical parameters involved in distribution network automation are calculated and checked according to the local capital collection. According to the actual situation, the distribution network equipment in Aksu is operated and perfected by "three remotes", the feasibility of the scheme is proved through practice, and the effect of automatic transformation of distribution network in Aksu is prospected. Finally, through the work of system data interconnection in the research process, it can effectively guide the construction and implementation of distribution network automation. It is of great significance to improve the power supply capacity and reliability of distribution network in an all-round way.
