【摘要】：分析了綜采工作面自動化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對采煤機記憶割煤、支架跟機自動化、煤巖識別等技術(shù)的應(yīng)用情況及存在問題進行了分析,并提出了綜采工作面高速傳輸無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)、標(biāo)準化數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、采煤機模糊判斷和自適應(yīng)割煤、支架高級跟機自動化、工作面實景成像、工作面自動校直等技術(shù)的實現(xiàn)途徑。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the present situation of automation development of fully mechanized coal face, analyzes the application and existing problems of memory coal cutting, support following automation, coal and rock identification and so on, and puts forward the construction of wireless network for high-speed transmission in fully mechanized coal mining face. Standardized data transmission, fuzzy judgment and self-adaptive coal cutting of shearer, automation of support advanced follower, actual scene imaging of working face, automatic straightening of working face and so on.
