【摘要】：運(yùn)用模糊系統(tǒng)對(duì)接觸電阻進(jìn)行建模.首先通過(guò)全因子法進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),得到足量試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),從試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)中選出一部分能代表整個(gè)樣本空間特征的數(shù)據(jù)作為訓(xùn)練數(shù)據(jù)訓(xùn)練模糊系統(tǒng),剩下的作為測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)模糊系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試,檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)可靠性.然后在分析基本遺傳算法與遞推最小二乘算法特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,將二者結(jié)合形成混合算法,混合算法是在基本遺傳算法之后進(jìn)行遞推最小二乘算法的運(yùn)算.通過(guò)訓(xùn)練數(shù)據(jù)分別利用遞推最小二乘算法、基本遺傳算法、混合算法訓(xùn)練模糊系統(tǒng),混合算法的收斂效果優(yōu)于其他2種方法.通過(guò)訓(xùn)練數(shù)據(jù)建立基于回歸分析的接觸電阻模型.利用測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)各模型進(jìn)行測(cè)試,并比較測(cè)試結(jié)果,混合算法訓(xùn)練模糊系統(tǒng)所得模型的測(cè)試效果是各模型中最好的.測(cè)試和比較結(jié)果說(shuō)明若能得到足量訓(xùn)練數(shù)據(jù),用混合算法訓(xùn)練模糊系統(tǒng)的方法對(duì)接觸電阻進(jìn)行建模是可行的.
[Abstract]:In this paper, the contact resistance is modeled by fuzzy system. First, the full factor method is used to get enough test data, and a part of the data representing the spatial characteristics of the whole sample is selected from the test data as the training data to train the fuzzy system. The rest test the fuzzy system as test data to test the reliability of the system. Then on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the basic genetic algorithm and recursive least squares algorithm, we combine the two algorithms to form a hybrid algorithm. The hybrid algorithm is the recursive least squares algorithm after the basic genetic algorithm. The fuzzy system is trained by the recursive least squares algorithm, the basic genetic algorithm and the hybrid algorithm. The convergence effect of the hybrid algorithm is better than that of the other two methods. The contact resistance model based on regression analysis is established by training data. The test data are used to test each model, and the test results are compared. The results of test and comparison show that if sufficient training data are obtained, it is feasible to use hybrid algorithm to train fuzzy system to model contact resistance.
