基于人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法的水廠混凝投藥控制系統(tǒng)研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:針對(duì)自來(lái)水生產(chǎn)投藥工藝長(zhǎng)滯后、非線性、多輸入因子、不確定性、時(shí)變性、模糊性等特點(diǎn),采用人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法對(duì)周圍環(huán)境自適應(yīng)和自學(xué)習(xí),研究和開發(fā)了一套用于水廠混凝投藥的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)以武漢市第一大水廠——宗關(guān)水廠為例,研究了Elman神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)混凝投藥效果的影響,并基于OLE-DB開放性數(shù)據(jù)訪問標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)WinCC工控系統(tǒng)樣本數(shù)據(jù)讀取和存儲(chǔ)的預(yù)處理。系統(tǒng)主要包括投藥工藝、數(shù)據(jù)查詢、曲線生成、配藥查詢、報(bào)警日志、報(bào)警統(tǒng)計(jì)、藥耗統(tǒng)計(jì)、波動(dòng)評(píng)價(jià)、報(bào)警設(shè)置等功能模塊,在宗關(guān)水廠的成功運(yùn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)了混凝投藥工藝生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行參數(shù)的在線監(jiān)視和全自動(dòng)化運(yùn)行。為水廠的安全生產(chǎn)提供了保障,達(dá)到了節(jié)約藥耗、減少人工、降低操作人員勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度的目的。
[Abstract]:According to the production process of tap water dosing long lag, nonlinear, multi input factor, uncertainty, time-varying, fuzzy characteristics, artificial neural network algorithm for adaptive and self-learning environment, the research and development of a set of automatic control system for water coagulation system in Wuhan city. The first large - Zongguan waterworks plant as an example, studies the Elman neural network algorithm of control system of coagulant dosage effect, and pretreatment of OLE-DB open data access standard read on the WinCC control system based on sample data and storage. The system mainly includes the administration process, data query, curve generation, dispensing query, alarm log, alarm statistics. The fluctuation of drug consumption statistics, evaluation, alarm settings and other functions, in the successful operation of Zongguan water to realize online monitoring of mixed operation parameters and automatic coagulant dosing process. It provides a guarantee for the safe production of the water plant, which has achieved the purpose of saving the drug consumption, reducing the labor force and reducing the labor intensity of the operators.
