新型波長解調技術在干涉型光纖傳感器輸出解調中的應用

【摘要】:提出了一種改進型邊緣濾波波長解調技術,解決干涉型或諧振型光纖傳感器輸出的干涉譜波長的快速解調問題。該波長解調技術基于啁啾光柵和長周期光柵的光譜特點,以啁啾光柵作為矩形濾波器,提取傳感器輸出干涉譜的一個干涉峰;以長周期作為邊緣濾波器,將干涉峰的波長信息轉化為光強信息進行檢測。該波長解調技術波長解調范圍為傳感器輸出干涉譜的一個自由光譜范圍(FSR),解調速度快,克服了當前波長解調技術中存在的測量范圍與測量速度難以同時提高的問題,同時還具有系統(tǒng)成本低,體積小,能夠靈活多路擴展的特點。詳細介紹了解調系統(tǒng)的工作原理以及系統(tǒng)結構,并將其實際應用于一種干涉型光纖電流傳感器輸出干涉譜的波長解調中。通過實驗證明電流傳感器工作在工頻及脈沖電流(脈沖寬度25μs)情況下,該解調系統(tǒng)對傳感器輸出干涉譜具有準確、快速的解調效果。該研究對推進干涉或諧振型光纖傳感器的實際工程化水平的提高具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:An improved edge filter wavelength demodulation technique is proposed to solve the problem of fast demodulation of interference spectrum wavelength output from interferometric or resonant fiber optic sensors. The wavelength demodulation technique is based on the spectral characteristics of chirped grating and long period grating. The chirped grating is used as a rectangular filter to extract an interference peak of the sensor output interference spectrum, and a long period of time is used as the edge filter. The wavelength information of the interference peak is converted into light intensity information for detection. The wavelength demodulation range of the wavelength demodulation technique is a free spectrum range of the sensor output interference spectrum and the demodulation speed is fast. It overcomes the problem that the measurement range and the measuring speed are difficult to increase simultaneously in the current wavelength demodulation technology, and at the same time, it has the advantages of low system cost and small volume. The principle and structure of the demodulation system are introduced in detail. It is applied to the wavelength demodulation of an interferometric fiber optic current sensor output interference spectrum. It is proved by experiments that the current sensor works at the condition of power frequency and pulse current (pulse width 25 渭 s). The demodulation system has an accurate and fast demodulation effect on the output interference spectrum of the sensor, and the research is of great significance to the improvement of the practical engineering level of the interferometric or resonant fiber optic sensor.
