基于橫向塞曼效應(yīng)的煙氣汞在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:為了解決燃煤煙氣汞監(jiān)測(cè)困難的問(wèn)題,搭建了基于橫向塞曼效應(yīng)的煙氣汞在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。當(dāng)自然汞燈光源處于磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度為1.5T強(qiáng)磁場(chǎng)中時(shí),塞曼效應(yīng)使得253.65nm共振吸收線分裂為π和σ~±線偏振光。利用汞原子吸收π線偏振光但不吸收σ~±線偏振光的特性,可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)干擾氣體和顆粒物等干擾背景的精確校正,系統(tǒng)的探測(cè)下限為66.3ng/m~3。當(dāng)煙氣中二氧化氮?dú)怏w的體積分?jǐn)?shù)不高于5.09×10-4、二氧化硫的體積分?jǐn)?shù)不高于1.83×10~(-4)時(shí),系統(tǒng)的汞檢測(cè)不受影響。對(duì)燃煤電廠的煙氣汞排放進(jìn)行了連續(xù)8d的監(jiān)測(cè),得到煙氣汞的平均質(zhì)量濃度為8.3μg/m~3,質(zhì)量濃度最大值為19.4μg/m~3,均低于國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定值。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,煙氣汞在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)可對(duì)煙氣中的干擾氣體以及顆粒物等進(jìn)行精確背景校正,實(shí)現(xiàn)煙氣汞的準(zhǔn)確測(cè)量,滿足復(fù)雜煙氣環(huán)境下對(duì)汞的長(zhǎng)期在線監(jiān)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of mercury monitoring in coal-fired flue gas, an on-line monitoring system of mercury in flue gas based on transverse Zeeman effect is built. When the natural mercury lamp light source is in the magnetic induction intensity of 1.5 T strong magnetic field, The Zeeman effect splits the resonant absorption line at 253.65 nm into 蟺 and 蟽 ~ 鹵linear polarized light. By using the characteristics of mercury atom absorbing 蟺 linear polarized light but not 蟽 ~ 鹵line polarized light, the interference background such as interfering gas and particles can be accurately corrected. The detection limit of the system is 66.3 ng / m ~ 3.When the volume fraction of nitrogen dioxide gas in flue gas is not higher than 5.09 脳 10 ~ (-4) and the volume fraction of sulfur dioxide is not higher than 1.83 脳 10 ~ (-4), the mercury detection of the system will not be affected. The mercury emission from flue gas of coal-fired power plant is monitored for eight consecutive days. The average mass concentration of mercury in flue gas is 8.3 渭 g / m ~ (3) and the maximum value is 19.4 渭 g / m ~ (-3), which is lower than the national standard. The experimental results show that the smoke mercury on-line monitoring system can calibrate the interference gas and particulate matter in flue gas accurately. To realize the accurate measurement of mercury in flue gas and to meet the long-term on-line monitoring of mercury in complex flue gas environment.
