互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)線上服務(wù)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,智能設(shè)備的普及,更多的業(yè)務(wù)被遷移到網(wǎng)絡(luò),人們的生活和工作也日漸離不開網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù);ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,確保線上服務(wù)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)行成為企業(yè)關(guān)注重點(diǎn)。傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)控工具主要監(jiān)控IT資源層性能,無(wú)法對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)功能實(shí)施監(jiān)控。各工具的監(jiān)控功能相互獨(dú)立,企業(yè)需使用多個(gè)監(jiān)控工具達(dá)到全面監(jiān)控線上服務(wù)的效果。管理人員根據(jù)單一故障報(bào)警無(wú)法掌握服務(wù)整體的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。企業(yè)各部門為保障線上服務(wù)運(yùn)行質(zhì)量,獨(dú)立開發(fā)、部署一套監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。對(duì)企業(yè)而言,這種方式是不經(jīng)濟(jì)的。企業(yè)迫切需要一套企業(yè)級(jí)通用的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)滿足各部門的監(jiān)控需求。本文在充分研究現(xiàn)有監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的前提下,結(jié)合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)對(duì)線上服務(wù)的監(jiān)控需求,給出線上服務(wù)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),架構(gòu)由數(shù)據(jù)采集層、數(shù)據(jù)層、應(yīng)用層和展示層組成。重點(diǎn)研究線上服務(wù)低入侵的監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)采集技術(shù)來(lái)滿足各部門的監(jiān)控需求。研究業(yè)務(wù)功能監(jiān)控彌補(bǔ)傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)控工具對(duì)功能層監(jiān)控的缺失。結(jié)合資源層性能監(jiān)控和業(yè)務(wù)功能監(jiān)控全面監(jiān)控線上服務(wù),使用戶可以更全面的掌握線上服務(wù)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。研究模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法,基于該方法給出線上服務(wù)健康度評(píng)價(jià)算法。算法以監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)采集的各性能數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)建立線上服務(wù)、IT資源及性能指標(biāo)之間的關(guān)聯(lián),從而計(jì)算出服務(wù)的健康度。服務(wù)健康度對(duì)線上服務(wù)的管理及故障的排查具有指導(dǎo)意義。給出分布式數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)方案解決海量監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)問(wèn)題;谏鲜隼碚撗芯,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)線上服務(wù)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),給出系統(tǒng)功能模塊設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)核心模塊,包括監(jiān)控項(xiàng)配置模塊、監(jiān)控項(xiàng)調(diào)度模塊、業(yè)務(wù)功能監(jiān)控模塊、服務(wù)健康度評(píng)價(jià)模塊。本文研究的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)企業(yè)級(jí)通用,全面監(jiān)控線上服務(wù)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。目前,系統(tǒng)已投入使用,從使用效果來(lái)看系統(tǒng)降低了公司對(duì)線上服務(wù)的監(jiān)控成本,減輕用戶工作壓力,具有實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of the Internet and the popularity of smart devices, more business has been transferred to the network, people's lives and work are increasingly inseparable from the network services. The Internet industry competition is fierce. The traditional monitoring tools mainly monitor the performance of IT resource layer and can not monitor the business function. The monitoring function of each tool is independent of each other. Enterprises need to use a number of monitoring tools to achieve the effect of comprehensive monitoring of online services. Managers can not grasp the overall operating state of the service according to a single fault alarm. All departments of the enterprise ensure the quality of service on the line. Independently develop and deploy a monitoring system. For the enterprise. This way is not economical. Enterprises urgently need a set of enterprise-level general monitoring system to meet the monitoring needs of various departments. This paper fully studies the existing monitoring system. According to the monitoring demand of Internet enterprises, the architecture of on-line service monitoring system is given. The architecture is composed of data collection layer and data layer. The application layer and display layer are composed. The monitoring data collection technology of low intrusion service on line is studied emphatically to meet the monitoring requirements of various departments. The research on business function monitoring makes up for the lack of traditional monitoring tools to function layer monitoring. Resource layer performance monitoring and business function monitoring the overall monitoring of online services. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is studied. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the algorithm for evaluating the health degree of the online service is given. The algorithm is based on the performance data collected by the monitoring system. By establishing relationships between online service IT resources and performance metrics. Thus, the health degree of the service is calculated. The health degree of the service is of guiding significance to the management of the online service and the troubleshooting of the fault. A distributed data storage scheme is presented to solve the problem of massive monitoring data storage. . Design and implement on-line service real-time monitoring system, give the system function module design, realize the core module of the system, including monitoring item configuration module, monitoring item scheduling module, business function monitoring module. Service health evaluation module. This paper studies the monitoring system of enterprise general, the overall monitoring of the service running status on the line. At present, the system has been put into use. From the effect of use, the system can reduce the monitoring cost of the online service and reduce the working pressure of the users, which is of practical significance.
