【摘要】:在制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級、機(jī)器人自動化生產(chǎn)日益成熟的時代大背景下,機(jī)器人教育已成為當(dāng)今社會的熱點(diǎn),顯示出廣闊的發(fā)展前景。高職院校作為培養(yǎng)高等技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才的教育單位,在機(jī)器人教育培訓(xùn)中占有重要的地位。然而,現(xiàn)有的教育機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品存在很多問題,不能完全滿足老師和學(xué)生的需求。隨著用戶研究在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用不斷成熟和完善,將其應(yīng)用到教育機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中,從用戶的角度出發(fā),設(shè)計(jì)適合"教"和"學(xué)"的教育機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品是越來越多用戶的訴求。目前國內(nèi)針對高職院校使用的教育機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品的研究相對較少,且研究人員主要集中在技術(shù)領(lǐng)域,對使用教育機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品的用戶研究很少。本文秉持"以用戶為中心"的設(shè)計(jì)思想,以用戶研究為起點(diǎn),對學(xué)校、教師、學(xué)生三類用戶進(jìn)行深入的分析和探討,獲取不同類用戶對教育機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品的需求,進(jìn)而對教育機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行分析、定位和設(shè)計(jì),整個流程都有用戶的參與。本文第一部分對教育機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行簡要的概述,包括教育機(jī)器人在高職院校的應(yīng)用背景,教育機(jī)器人與普通工業(yè)機(jī)器人的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系、當(dāng)前教育機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品存在的問題等,進(jìn)而提出基于用戶研究的教育機(jī)器人設(shè)計(jì)理念。第二部分是針對產(chǎn)品用戶的需求分析。選擇適合于不同用戶的用戶研究方法,將用戶需求分為三方面進(jìn)行研究:學(xué)校教學(xué)目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容、教師需求、學(xué)生需求三種類別。通過文獻(xiàn)檢索、問卷調(diào)查、深入訪談、焦點(diǎn)小組等定性分析和定量分析方法,深入挖掘用戶需求,梳理產(chǎn)品需求點(diǎn)。第三部分是針對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)要素的分析。主要從功能、形態(tài)、CMF、人機(jī)交互四個方面對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行分析。產(chǎn)品功能方面基于用戶需求進(jìn)行優(yōu)先級劃分;形態(tài)和CMF方面采用形態(tài)和CMF偏好實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法獲取用戶對形態(tài)的需求;人機(jī)方面歸類分析教育機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品的人機(jī)交互特征,提煉出人機(jī)界面交互原則。最后從安全性、教育性、趣味性和創(chuàng)新性、適應(yīng)性等方面提出教育機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)原則。第四部分以濟(jì)南亞歷山大智能科技公司的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目——高職院校桌面六軸教育機(jī)器人項(xiàng)目為案例,設(shè)計(jì)了一款供相關(guān)專業(yè)師生使用的教育機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品。在設(shè)計(jì)的過程中從設(shè)計(jì)師和用戶的角度進(jìn)行方案的設(shè)計(jì)和篩選,對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行反復(fù)修改調(diào)整,最終完成教育機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)。本文將用戶研究融入到教育機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品的整個設(shè)計(jì)過程中,分析產(chǎn)品的功能、形態(tài)、CMF、人機(jī)交互等與用戶的關(guān)系,探究影響用戶使用教育機(jī)器人的因素,通過教育機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)提高了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)效率,同時提升學(xué)生對機(jī)器人學(xué)習(xí)的興趣,培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生團(tuán)隊(duì)合作、邏輯思維以及良好的綜合實(shí)踐能力。為以后的教育機(jī)器人產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the background of manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading, robot automation production is becoming more and more mature, robot education has become a hot spot in today's society. The higher vocational college, as an educational unit of cultivating applied talents of higher technology, plays an important role in robot education and training. The existing educational robot products have many problems and can not fully meet the needs of teachers and students. With the application of user research in product design has been mature and perfect. It is applied to the design of educational robot products from the point of view of users. Designing educational robot products suitable for "teaching" and "learning" is the demand of more and more users. And the researchers mainly focus on the technical field, the use of educational robot products of the user research. This paper adhere to the "user-centered" design idea, user research as a starting point, to schools, teachers. Students of three types of users in-depth analysis and discussion, to obtain different types of users of educational robot products, and then to analyze, location and design of educational robot products. The whole process has the user's participation. The first part of this paper gives a brief overview of the educational robot products, including the application background of educational robot in higher vocational colleges. The difference and relation between educational robot and ordinary industrial robot, the problems existing in the current educational robot products and so on. Then the design concept of educational robot based on user research is put forward. The second part is to analyze the needs of product users and select user research methods suitable for different users. The user needs are divided into three aspects: teaching objectives and contents, teachers' needs, students' needs, through literature retrieval, questionnaires, in-depth interviews. Focus group and other qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods, in-depth mining user needs, combing product demand points. The third part is aimed at the analysis of product design elements. Mainly from the function, form of CMF. The product is analyzed in four aspects of human-computer interaction. In the aspect of morphology and CMF, morphological and CMF preference experiments are used to obtain the user's demand for morphology. The human-computer classification and analysis of the human-computer interaction characteristics of educational robot products, extraction of human-machine interface interaction principles. Finally, from the security, education, interest and innovation. The design principles of educational robot products are put forward in the aspects of adaptability and so on. Part 4th takes the actual project of Jinan Alexandria Intelligent Technology Company-the desktop six-axis educational robot project in higher vocational colleges as an example. Designed an educational robot product for teachers and students. In the design process from the designer and the user's point of view of the design and screening the product repeatedly modified and adjusted. Finally, the design of educational robot product is completed. In this paper, user research is integrated into the whole design process of educational robot product, and the relationship between user and user is analyzed, such as the function of the product, the form of CMF, the human-computer interaction, etc. Explore the factors that affect the user's use of educational robot, through the design of educational robot products to improve the learning efficiency of students, at the same time, enhance students' interest in robot learning, and cultivate student team cooperation. Logical thinking and good comprehensive practical ability. Provide reference for future design of educational robot products.
