【摘要】:機(jī)巡作業(yè)是當(dāng)前電力巡檢的主要發(fā)展方向,但與直升機(jī)、無人機(jī)以及變電站機(jī)器人相比,我國(guó)輸電線路機(jī)器人巡檢尚未達(dá)到實(shí)用化水平。為此,對(duì)輸電線路機(jī)器人實(shí)用化巡檢關(guān)鍵技術(shù)開展了研究,建立了機(jī)器人典型作業(yè)模式,研發(fā)了穿越式、跨越式兩類巡檢機(jī)器人,提出了機(jī)器人行走路徑改造方法,首次設(shè)計(jì)了機(jī)器人自動(dòng)上下線裝置,并完成了機(jī)器人全自主巡檢系統(tǒng)的研制。機(jī)器人通過了多種復(fù)雜自然環(huán)境和電磁環(huán)境工況的試驗(yàn)考核,以及戶外真型線路試驗(yàn)段的功能測(cè)試,在500 k V帶電運(yùn)行線路開展示范應(yīng)用,對(duì)線路設(shè)備同時(shí)進(jìn)行可見光和紅外檢測(cè)。巡檢中暴露了巡檢系統(tǒng)存在的問題并進(jìn)行分析解決,提出了機(jī)器人異常情況下的緊急救援措施并成功開展帶電救援作業(yè)。機(jī)器人單次巡檢里程達(dá)到10 km以上,巡檢應(yīng)用取得良好效果,機(jī)器人巡檢系統(tǒng)達(dá)到一定的實(shí)用化水平。
[Abstract]:Machine patrol is the main development direction of electric power inspection at present, but compared with helicopter, UAV and substation robot, the inspection of transmission line robot in our country has not reached the practical level. The key technology of practical inspection of transmission line robot is studied, the typical operation mode of robot is established, two kinds of walking inspection robots are developed, and the reconstruction method of robot walking path is put forward. For the first time, the robot automatic up and down line device is designed, and the whole autonomous inspection system of the robot is developed. The robot has passed a variety of complex natural and electromagnetic environment conditions of the test examination. As well as the function test of outdoor real circuit test section, the demonstration application is carried out in 500kV live running circuit. At the same time, the line equipment is detected by visible light and infrared. During the inspection, the problems existing in the inspection system are exposed and the problems are analyzed and solved. The emergency rescue measures under the abnormal condition of robot are put forward and the electrified rescue operation is successfully carried out. The mileage of the robot's single inspection is more than 10 km, and the application of the inspection has achieved good results. The robot inspection system has reached a certain practical level.
