【摘要】：隨著包裝行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,市面上呈現(xiàn)出來的包裝形式非常多樣,現(xiàn)階段我國包裝行業(yè)工作流程如下所示:首先采取人工方式對物料進(jìn)行計量稱重工作,通過手工裝入方式將物料裝入到塑料膜袋內(nèi),然后通過自動傳輸渠道將裝袋完成的物料袋放入真空抽取機(jī)當(dāng)中,進(jìn)行空氣抽出,抽取完畢之后,再進(jìn)行物料袋封口,從而才可以實現(xiàn)真空包裝。不難發(fā)現(xiàn)在這種模式下,本文可以非常明顯的看到機(jī)械化程度非常低,在包裝的大多數(shù)環(huán)節(jié)都是依靠人工操作去完成的,由此就導(dǎo)致了包裝的速度非常慢,同時還會耗費大量的人力,再加上包裝的人工成本非常高昂。除此之外,由于是人工進(jìn)行包裝,在包裝的過程當(dāng)中,人手會直接接觸到物料,從環(huán)境衛(wèi)生的角度來說,可能會對物料造成污染,尤其是對衛(wèi)生要求比較高的物料,例如醫(yī)用品和食品,顯然不符合衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。由此不難發(fā)現(xiàn),傳統(tǒng)人工操作已經(jīng)不能夠滿足現(xiàn)階段包裝行業(yè)的市場需求。如何能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)一次性自動分裝包裝的工作模式,是目前包裝行業(yè)所面臨的一個重要問題。所以,一個自動包裝機(jī)械控制系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)工作是非常迫切的,本文正是立足于這樣的行業(yè)背景下,完成系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和開發(fā)工作。本文所設(shè)計的自動包裝機(jī)械控制系統(tǒng),主要的運用方向是塑料薄膜或者鋁箔膜的包裝當(dāng)中,對于物料則是以非粘性的小食品為研究對象,例如種子、大米、枸杞之類的物品。相比較對安全衛(wèi)生要求比較高的醫(yī)藥品或者機(jī)械元件等,系統(tǒng)則可以采取雙包裝方式,即內(nèi)袋和外袋同時包裝,在此基礎(chǔ)上將袋內(nèi)的空氣抽走,可以在保證物料安全性的基礎(chǔ)上,保證物料不會出現(xiàn)受潮、霉變、滋生細(xì)菌以及氧化等情況,使得物料可以在最大程度上完成保質(zhì)或保鮮。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the packaging industry, packaging forms appear on the market is very diverse, this stage of the work process of China's packaging industry are as follows: first take artificial way of weighing materials, through the manual loading mode will be loaded into the material plastic film bag, and then through the automatic transmission channel will be completed packing material bags in the vacuum extraction machine, air extraction, extraction is completed, then the material bags, which can achieve a vacuum packaging. It is not difficult to find in this mode, we can see very clearly the degree of mechanization is very low, in the most part of packaging is to rely on manual operation to complete, which led to the packaging is very slow, but also spend a lot of manpower, plus labor costs of packaging is very high. In addition, because people work for packaging, In the packaging process, staff will have direct access to materials, from the perspective of environmental health, may cause pollution to the materials, especially high on the health requirements of the materials, such as medical supplies and food, obviously does not conform to the hygiene standards. It is not difficult to find, the traditional manual operation can not meet the present packing the market demand of the industry. How to achieve automatic packing work, is an important issue in the current packaging industry faces. Therefore, an automatic control system of packaging machinery research and development work is very urgent. This article is based on this industry background, to complete the system design and development work automatically. The packaging machine control system is designed in this paper, the main direction of plastic film or foil packaging material, for it is a non sticky food products for the study of Like, such as seeds, rice, Chinese wolfberry items like. Compared to the health and safety requirements are relatively high pharmaceutical or mechanical components, the system can take double packing, the inner bag and outer packaging bags at the same time, on the basis of the air in the bag away, in the foundation to ensure the safety of the material ensure material, not damp, mildew, bacteria and oxidation conditions, the material can be completed pasteurization in the maximum extent.
