【摘要】：累積和控制圖主要用于對(duì)正態(tài)分布過(guò)程中均值的中小漂移的檢測(cè),但是對(duì)厚尾分布過(guò)程監(jiān)測(cè)并不穩(wěn)定.MacEachern等(2007)提出了用于監(jiān)測(cè)厚尾分布過(guò)程的穩(wěn)健似然比累積和(RLCUSUM)控制圖.文章主要研究RLCUSUM控制圖的性質(zhì),包括可控平均運(yùn)行長(zhǎng)度關(guān)于控制限的性質(zhì)和過(guò)程失控時(shí)不同真實(shí)均值對(duì)平均運(yùn)行長(zhǎng)度的影響等,并提出了對(duì)于對(duì)數(shù)似然比函數(shù)進(jìn)行斜線(xiàn)截?cái)嗟姆绞?同時(shí)分析總結(jié)了不同污染程度的混合正態(tài)分布下各種截?cái)喾绞降玫降腞LCUSUM控制圖的適用情況.
[Abstract]:The cumulative and control charts are mainly used to detect the small and medium drift of the mean in the normal distribution process. MacEachern et al. (2007) proposed a robust likelihood ratio cumulative and (RLCUSUM) control chart for monitoring the thick tail distribution process. In this paper, we mainly study the properties of RLCUSUM control chart, including the properties of controllable average operating length and the effect of different real mean values on the average operating length when the process is out of control, and so on. The slant truncation of log likelihood ratio function is proposed, and the applicability of RLCUSUM control charts obtained by different truncation modes in mixed normal distribution with different pollution levels is analyzed and summarized.
