【摘要】：近些年,產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩的資源分配不均及信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,促進(jìn)了共享模式在社會(huì)各行業(yè)的興起與發(fā)展,如Uber的車共享,Airbnb的空間共享。如果我們把有限資源無(wú)限需求的現(xiàn)象看成一個(gè)服務(wù)系統(tǒng),實(shí)際生活中存在著各種各樣的服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。共享模式的服務(wù)系統(tǒng)具有這樣的特點(diǎn),用戶在接受系統(tǒng)服務(wù)之后會(huì)以一定概率共享出服務(wù)資源,從而使得服務(wù)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的服務(wù)資源在逐步地增加。共享模式的服務(wù)性能分析不同于傳統(tǒng)非共享模式的服務(wù)性能分析。在對(duì)非共享模式服務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行性能分析時(shí),我們常常用排隊(duì)理論對(duì)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模并抽象出一系列數(shù)學(xué)特征,通過(guò)分析得到系統(tǒng)在達(dá)到穩(wěn)定時(shí)的狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移關(guān)系,并依此得到各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)。而共享模式下服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的資源會(huì)隨著顧客的共享行為而逐步的增加,此類情況下,用排隊(duì)論進(jìn)行求解時(shí)將無(wú)法得到穩(wěn)定的系統(tǒng)狀態(tài),從而無(wú)法完成共享模式服務(wù)性能的求解�，F(xiàn)實(shí)生活中,存在許多具有共享行為的服務(wù)系統(tǒng),此類系統(tǒng)在提供服務(wù)的過(guò)程中,服務(wù)資源會(huì)隨著時(shí)間動(dòng)態(tài)變化,如何評(píng)價(jià)此類系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)性能就是本文要解決的問(wèn)題。為解決上述問(wèn)題,本文先做了相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)研究。接著本文在排隊(duì)理論的基礎(chǔ)上建立共享模式下的排隊(duì)模型,并提出求解此模型服務(wù)性能的解決方案。接下來(lái)本文詳細(xì)地探討整個(gè)仿真分析系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)分層與功能模塊對(duì)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了深入的解釋,包括架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程,最后利用仿真分析系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仿真分析,通過(guò)對(duì)大量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析與可視化展示,得到共享模式服務(wù)系統(tǒng)與非共享模式服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的各自特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)能夠較準(zhǔn)確地測(cè)定此系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)性能指標(biāo)方案。并在此指標(biāo)方案下完成對(duì)共享模式服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)指標(biāo)的影響因素測(cè)定與分析。本文不僅完整地解決了共享模式下服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)性能評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題,還通過(guò)仿真分析系統(tǒng)對(duì)此類模型做了深入充分地分析與研究。這也是本課的研究?jī)r(jià)值所在。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the uneven distribution of resources due to overcapacity and the rapid development of information technology have promoted the rise and development of sharing mode in various sectors of society, such as the sharing of cars in Uber and the sharing of space in Airbnb. If we regard the phenomenon of infinite demand for limited resources as a service system, there are all kinds of service systems in real life. The shared-mode service system has such characteristics that users will share the service resources with a certain probability after receiving the system services, so that the service resources within the service system are gradually increasing. The service performance analysis of shared mode is different from that of traditional non-shared mode. When analyzing the performance of non-shared mode service system, we often use queuing theory to model the service system and abstract a series of mathematical characteristics, and get the state transition relationship when the system reaches stability. According to this, the performance indexes are obtained. The resources of the service system in the shared mode will gradually increase with the sharing behavior of the customers. In this case, it will not be possible to obtain the stable state of the system when solving the problem by queuing theory, so the service performance of the shared mode will not be solved. In real life, there are many service systems with shared behavior. In the process of providing services, the service resources will change dynamically with time. How to evaluate the service performance of such systems is the problem to be solved in this paper. In order to solve the above problems, this paper first does some basic research. Then, based on the queuing theory, the queueing model in shared mode is established, and a solution to solve the service performance of this model is proposed. Next, this paper discusses the design and implementation of the whole simulation analysis system in detail, and explains the design of the system according to the hierarchical and functional modules of the system, including architecture design and implementation process. Finally, the simulation analysis system is used to simulate and analyze, through the analysis and visualization of a large number of data, the characteristics of shared mode service system and non-shared mode service system are obtained. Design and implement a scheme which can accurately measure the service performance index of the system. Under this index scheme, the influencing factors of the system index of shared mode service system are measured and analyzed. This paper not only solves the problem of service performance evaluation in the shared mode, but also makes a thorough and full analysis and research on this kind of model through the simulation and analysis system. This is also the research value of this lesson.
