【摘要】：針對孕母及胎兒生長的動態(tài)變化規(guī)律,建立了通過孕母口服地高辛治療胎兒快速心律失常的藥物動力學模型,根據(jù)胎齡變化及臨床上地高辛的治療窗口所反映的血藥濃度,設計了合理的用藥方案,并運用MATLAB程序進行應用模擬,分析了方案的可行性.
[Abstract]:A pharmacokinetic model for the treatment of fetal tachyarrhythmia by oral digoxin was established according to the dynamic changes of pregnancy and fetal growth. The serum concentration of digoxin was measured according to the change of gestational age and the therapeutic window of digoxin in clinic. A reasonable drug use scheme was designed, and the feasibility of the program was analyzed by using MATLAB program.
