復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)中異質(zhì)社會傳播動力學(xué)研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,人類進(jìn)入網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代,社會傳播現(xiàn)象隨處可見。各類軟件在各大應(yīng)用平臺宣傳下載、各種時尚元素在大街小巷隨處可見、各種謠言輿論在各大網(wǎng)站廣泛散播等傳播行為,在提高了人們生活水平的同時,也存在危害人類利益的安全隱患。因此,研究社會傳播機(jī)制并制定相應(yīng)策略對傳播進(jìn)行控制是當(dāng)今重大研究課題之一。目前,社會傳播過程中個體采納行為的異質(zhì)性、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的異構(gòu)性、個體采納行為的記憶性、傳播中的非冗余傳播和非完全鄰居傳播等綜合因素對社會傳播的綜合影響尚未被深入研究,故本文基于復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,進(jìn)行一系列社會傳播動力學(xué)研究和免疫研究,并取得一定成果:1.提出異質(zhì)社會傳播模型并進(jìn)行理論解析。將社會傳播過程中非冗余傳播、非馬爾科夫特性、非完全鄰居傳播、采納閾值的異質(zhì)性、網(wǎng)絡(luò)不同結(jié)構(gòu)特性等因素綜合考慮(統(tǒng)稱為異質(zhì)性),提出異質(zhì)社會傳播模型;同時對邊劃分理論進(jìn)行改進(jìn),提出異質(zhì)邊劃分理論,進(jìn)行穩(wěn)態(tài)分析、爆發(fā)閾值解析,以及為后續(xù)實驗仿真進(jìn)行理論擬合;2.進(jìn)行大量異質(zhì)社會傳播實驗仿真和理論擬合。為了更深刻理解異質(zhì)性對社會傳播的影響,本文在度度無關(guān)聯(lián)的ER網(wǎng)絡(luò)和SF網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,基于異質(zhì)社會傳播模型,通過大量的實驗仿真社會傳播過程并進(jìn)行理論擬合。實驗發(fā)現(xiàn):當(dāng)采納閾值與度完全正關(guān)聯(lián)時,采納閾值的異質(zhì)性越強(qiáng),行為傳播先被抑制后被促進(jìn);完全負(fù)關(guān)聯(lián)時,采納閾值的異質(zhì)性越強(qiáng),越有利于傳播。當(dāng)部分正關(guān)聯(lián)時,采納閾值與度越不相關(guān),越促進(jìn)傳播;當(dāng)部分負(fù)關(guān)聯(lián)時,采納閾值與度越不相關(guān),越抑制傳播。其中最終采納比例隨網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播率增加,會出現(xiàn)一級相變、二級相變和混合相變現(xiàn)象。3.對異質(zhì)社會傳播進(jìn)行免疫研究。基于異質(zhì)社會傳播模型,分別使用度中心性、接近中心性和k-core中心性免疫節(jié)點,分別在ER網(wǎng)絡(luò)和SF網(wǎng)絡(luò)上進(jìn)行異質(zhì)社會傳播,觀察對傳播范圍的影響并進(jìn)行免疫性能對比。實驗發(fā)現(xiàn):在ER網(wǎng)絡(luò)和SF網(wǎng)絡(luò)上,當(dāng)采納閾值與度無關(guān)聯(lián)和完全負(fù)關(guān)聯(lián)時,均建議選用度中心性免疫;當(dāng)采納閾值與度完全正關(guān)聯(lián)時,在采納閾值的異質(zhì)性較弱時,均適合選用度中心性免疫,但在采納閾值的異質(zhì)性較強(qiáng)時,ER網(wǎng)絡(luò)適合選用k-core中心性免疫,SF網(wǎng)絡(luò)上,各中心性免疫無法抑制傳播。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, the phenomenon of social communication can be seen everywhere. Various kinds of software are propagandized and downloaded in various application platforms, all kinds of fashion elements can be seen everywhere in the streets and alleyways, and various kinds of rumors and public opinions are widely disseminated in the major websites, so as to improve people's living standards at the same time. There are also hidden dangers that endanger the interests of mankind. Therefore, it is one of the important research topics to study the mechanism of social communication and formulate corresponding strategies to control it. At present, the heterogeneity of individual adoption behavior, the heterogeneity of network structure, the memory of individual adoption behavior in the process of social communication, The comprehensive influence of non-redundant propagation and incomplete neighbor communication on social communication has not been deeply studied. Therefore, based on the theory of complex network, this paper carries out a series of studies on social communication dynamics and immunity. And achieved some results: 1. The model of heterogeneous social communication is put forward and analyzed theoretically. Considering the factors of non-redundant communication, non-Markov characteristic, incomplete neighbor communication, adopting the heterogeneity of threshold value and different structure of network, the heterogeneous social communication model is put forward. At the same time, the theory of edge partition is improved, the theory of heterogeneity edge partition is put forward, the steady-state analysis is carried out, the threshold of explosion is analyzed, and the theoretical fitting for the subsequent experiment simulation is carried out. A large number of heterogeneous social transmission experiments and theoretical simulation. In order to better understand the influence of heterogeneity on social communication, this paper simulates the process of social communication through a large number of experiments and carries out theoretical fitting in the unrelated ER and SF networks, based on the heterogeneous social communication model. It is found that when the adoption threshold is positively correlated with the degree, the stronger the heterogeneity of the adoption threshold is, the more the behavior propagation is suppressed and then promoted, and the stronger the heterogeneity of the adoption threshold is when the adoption threshold is completely negative correlation. When the partial positive correlation is positive, the adoption threshold is more irrelevant to the degree, the more the propagation is promoted, the more irrelevant the adoption threshold is to the degree of partial negative correlation. Among them, the final adoption ratio increases with the network propagation rate, there will be first order phase transition, second order phase transition and mixed phase transition phenomenon. 3. The immune study on the transmission of heterogeneous society is carried out. Based on the heterogeneous social transmission model, the heterogeneous social transmission was carried out on ER network and SF network, respectively, using degree centrality, proximity and k-core central immune nodes. The effects on the transmission range were observed and the immune performance was compared. It is found that in ER and SF networks, when the adoption threshold is not correlated with degree and is completely negative, it is recommended to choose the degree central immunity, and when the adoption threshold and degree are completely positively correlated, the heterogeneity of the adoption threshold is weak. All of them are suitable for the selection of degree central immunity, but when the heterogeneity of threshold is strong, ER network is suitable for selecting k-core central immune SF network, each central immunity can not inhibit the transmission.
