【摘要】：品類優(yōu)化問(wèn)題(Assortment Optimization Problem)是收益管理的經(jīng)典問(wèn)題.它研究零售商在滿足運(yùn)營(yíng)約束的前提下,應(yīng)如何從給定產(chǎn)品集合中選擇一個(gè)子集提供給消費(fèi)者,以最大化預(yù)期收益.該問(wèn)題的核心在于如何準(zhǔn)確地刻畫(huà)消費(fèi)者在面對(duì)細(xì)分產(chǎn)品時(shí)的選擇行為、建立相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化模型并設(shè)計(jì)高效率的求解算法.基于Logit離散選擇模型的品類優(yōu)化問(wèn)題:首先,介紹了基于Multinomial Logit模型的品類優(yōu)化問(wèn)題.然后介紹了兩個(gè)更復(fù)雜的變種:第一個(gè)是基于兩層以及多層Nested Logit模型的品類優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,這類問(wèn)題可合理刻畫(huà)細(xì)分產(chǎn)品之間的"替代效應(yīng)";第二個(gè)是基于Mixtures of Multinomial Logits模型的品類優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,這類問(wèn)題可充分考慮消費(fèi)者群體的異質(zhì)性.隨后,介紹了數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的品類優(yōu)化問(wèn)題的相關(guān)進(jìn)展.最后,指出該問(wèn)題未來(lái)可能的若干研究方向.
[Abstract]:Assortment Optimization problem is a classical problem in income management. It studies how retailers can choose a subset from a given set of products to provide to consumers in order to maximize the expected income under the premise of satisfying the operational constraints. The core of the problem lies in how to accurately depict the consumer's choice behavior in the face of subdivision product, establish the corresponding optimization model and design the efficient solution algorithm. Category optimization problem based on logit discrete selection model: firstly, the category optimization problem based on Multinomial logit model is introduced. Then two more complex variants are introduced: the first is the category optimization problem based on the two-layer and multi-layer nested logit model. This kind of problem can reasonably describe the "substitution effect" between subdivision products, and the second is the category optimization problem based on Mixtures of Multinomial logs model, which can fully consider the heterogeneity of consumer groups. Then, the related progress of data-driven category optimization problem is introduced. Finally, some possible research directions of the problem in the future are pointed out.
