復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)下博弈機(jī)制與信任預(yù)測(cè)的研究

【摘要】:復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)的出現(xiàn),為復(fù)雜性研究提供了一種新視角與新方法,它以一種抽象的方式描述真實(shí)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)。與此同時(shí),演化博弈論的引入為人們解決社會(huì)困境問題提供了強(qiáng)有力的理論工具,兩者相結(jié)合進(jìn)一步拓寬了人們對(duì)演化合作行為的理解。論文主要依據(jù)復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,使用建模仿真方法,研究囚徒困境博弈、雪堆博弈、公共物品博弈模型中群體的合作演化行為;利用復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)建模思維,對(duì)在線社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的信任預(yù)測(cè)進(jìn)行理論建模與實(shí)驗(yàn)。論文的主要研究成果以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)包括以下幾個(gè)方面:(1)提出一種新的自相互作用機(jī)制,將其應(yīng)用到結(jié)構(gòu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,研究自相互作用在囚徒困境博弈與雪堆博弈中對(duì)演化合作行為的影響;谇敉嚼Ь巢┺呐c雪堆博弈,考慮多種不同的自相互作用強(qiáng)度對(duì)群體合作行為的影響。另外,在自相互作用博弈機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上,研究個(gè)體差異性對(duì)群體合作行為的影響。數(shù)值仿真結(jié)果表明,自相互作用博弈機(jī)制的引入能夠大大促進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)化群體中的合作水平。研究結(jié)果有助于幫助人們有效地配置各種資源,避免陷入無(wú)效率境地,并且有利于解決誠(chéng)信建設(shè)問題。(2)探索個(gè)體差異性與投資異質(zhì)性對(duì)公共物品博弈的影響。模型假設(shè)兩種類型的個(gè)體,分別為A類型與B類型,通過控制A類型與B類型個(gè)體在群體中的比例達(dá)到個(gè)體差異目的,并用參數(shù)?調(diào)節(jié)投資異質(zhì)程度。仿真模擬結(jié)果表明,A類型個(gè)體與投資異質(zhì)性對(duì)于群體合作具有積極作用,可以大幅提升群體的合作水平。研究結(jié)果為人們解決社區(qū)公共服務(wù)的提供、全球溫室氣體的減排等提供了良好的理論框架與方案。(3)研究利用復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)建模思維,對(duì)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)中信任關(guān)系進(jìn)行相關(guān)預(yù)測(cè)。將多種社會(huì)因素融合進(jìn)行建模,采用非監(jiān)督學(xué)習(xí)方式預(yù)測(cè)用戶之間的信任關(guān)系。利用公開數(shù)據(jù)集Epinions進(jìn)行的初步實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,將社會(huì)因素中的同質(zhì)性與時(shí)間效應(yīng)引進(jìn)模型中可以適當(dāng)?shù)靥岣哳A(yù)測(cè)準(zhǔn)確率,提高了解信息的受眾范圍,使得在線網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的信息傳遞更加有效。
[Abstract]:The emergence of complex networks provides a new perspective and new method for complexity research. It describes real networks in an abstract way. At the same time, the introduction of evolutionary game theory provides a powerful theoretical tool for people to solve social difficulties. The combination of the two further widens people's understanding of evolutionary cooperative behavior. Based on the complex network theory, the thesis uses the modeling and simulation method to study the cooperative evolution behavior of the group in the prisoner's dilemma game, the snow pile game, the public goods game model, and the model and experiment of the trust prediction in the online social network. The following aspects include: (1) a new self interaction mechanism is proposed, which is applied to a structured network to study the influence of self interaction on the evolutionary cooperative behavior in the prisoner's dilemma game and the snow pile game. Based on the prisoner's dilemma game and snow pile game, a variety of different self interaction intensities have been considered for the group cooperative behavior. In addition, the influence of individual diversity on group cooperative behavior is studied on the basis of the self interaction game mechanism. The numerical simulation results show that the introduction of self interacting game mechanism can greatly promote the level of cooperation in structured groups. The results are helpful to help people to effectively configure various resources and avoid being ineffective. (2) explore the effect of individual difference and investment heterogeneity on the game of public goods. The model assumes that two types of individuals are A type and B type, respectively, by controlling the proportion of A type and B type individual in the group, and using parameters to adjust the investment heterogeneity process. The simulation results show that A type individual and investment heterogeneity have positive effect on group cooperation, and can greatly improve the level of group cooperation. The results provide a good theoretical frame and scheme for people to solve community public service and global greenhouse gas emission reduction. (3) research and use of complex network modeling thinking To predict the relationship between the social networks and the relationship between the social networks. Modeling a variety of social factors and using the unsupervised learning method to predict the trust relationship between users. The preliminary experimental results using the open data set Epinions show that the introduction of the homogeneity and time effect in the social factors can be improved properly. The accuracy of prediction can be improved, and the audience of information will be improved, so that the information transmission in online network will be more effective.
