基于多元相場理論的細(xì)菌生物膜生長動力學(xué)建模及其數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:細(xì)菌生物膜普遍存在于自然界和工業(yè)環(huán)境中.將細(xì)菌生物膜視為由多種組元組成的不可壓縮的黏性流體,結(jié)合多元相場理論、物質(zhì)連續(xù)方程、動量守恒方程、溶質(zhì)場控制方程和生物反應(yīng)動力方程對細(xì)菌生物膜生長動力學(xué)進(jìn)行建模.通過對模型的數(shù)值模擬,可以描述細(xì)菌和胞外聚合物在靜態(tài)環(huán)境和動態(tài)環(huán)境中的生長狀況以及營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的消耗規(guī)律.
[Abstract]:Bacterial biofilms are ubiquitous in natural and industrial environments. The bacterial biofilm is regarded as an incompressible viscous fluid composed of many components, combined with the theory of multicomponent phase field, the equation of material continuity, the equation of conservation of momentum, The dynamics of bacterial biofilm growth was modeled by solute field governing equation and bioreactor dynamic equation. Through the numerical simulation of the model, the growth of bacteria and extracellular polymers in static and dynamic environment and the rule of nutrient consumption can be described.
