【摘要】：本文主要論述了一種新型的信息準(zhǔn)則,偏置校正的Akaike信息準(zhǔn)則(AIC)。當(dāng)數(shù)據(jù)的真實(shí)分布是正態(tài)分布時,有很多的信息準(zhǔn)則在對這樣的數(shù)據(jù)做變量選擇都有很好的效果,但如果數(shù)據(jù)的真實(shí)分布為非正態(tài)分布時,往往沒有一個特別好的方法來進(jìn)行變量選擇。本文介紹的一種偏置校正的Akaike信息準(zhǔn)則,這種信息準(zhǔn)則解決了當(dāng)所觀察的數(shù)據(jù)的真實(shí)分布是一種未知的非正態(tài)分布時,它可以為多元正態(tài)線性回歸模型提供一種效果較好的變量選擇的方法。眾所周知的是,當(dāng)數(shù)據(jù)的真實(shí)分布為非正態(tài)分布時,使用AIC準(zhǔn)則來進(jìn)行變量選擇時,產(chǎn)生的偏差是O(1),此外還有一些一階偏差校正的信息準(zhǔn)則方法,它們可以將這種偏差降低到O(n-1),其中n表示樣本大小。本文提出了一種新的信息準(zhǔn)則,這種信息準(zhǔn)則在一階偏差校正的AIC準(zhǔn)則的基礎(chǔ)上稍微做了一些調(diào)整。雖然這種調(diào)整僅僅通過調(diào)整常數(shù)系數(shù),但是這種新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的偏差降低到O(n-2)。與此同時,新的準(zhǔn)則產(chǎn)生的方差也有所降低。最后通過數(shù)值實(shí)驗(yàn),我們驗(yàn)證了我們的新的信息準(zhǔn)則標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是優(yōu)于之前的方法的。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new information criterion, bias corrected Akaike information criterion (AICs), is presented. When the true distribution of data is normal, there are many information criteria which have good effect on the variable selection of such data, but if the true distribution of data is non-normal distribution, There is often no particularly good way to select variables. This paper introduces a bias corrected Akaike information criterion, which solves the problem when the true distribution of observed data is an unknown non-normal distribution. It can provide a better method of variable selection for multivariate normal linear regression model. It is well known that when the true distribution of data is non-normal, the deviation is O (1) when the AIC criterion is used to select variables. In addition, there are some information criterion methods for first-order deviation correction. They can reduce the deviation to O (n-1), where n represents the sample size. In this paper, a new information criterion is proposed, which is based on the first order deviation correction AIC criterion. Although the adjustment is only by adjusting the constant coefficient, the deviation of the new standard is reduced to O (n-2). At the same time, the variance of the new criterion is also reduced. Finally, through numerical experiments, we verify that our new information criterion is superior to the previous method.
