【摘要】：基于SIS傳播機(jī)制,提出了一個(gè)可以用來研究同時(shí)具有節(jié)點(diǎn)活躍度與疾病交互雙重影響因素的復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)疾病傳播模型。與以往研究不同,本文研究的是兩個(gè)不同的疾病,同時(shí)傳播在同一群體中,并且通過疾病間的交互影響來改變自身的傳播概率。同時(shí),群體中的個(gè)體也會(huì)根據(jù)一定的活躍度來改變自身活躍狀態(tài),進(jìn)而影響與其他個(gè)體的接觸狀態(tài)。在該模型基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)異構(gòu)平均場理論,分析了疾病傳播的動(dòng)態(tài)演化過程和臨界閾值。通過計(jì)算機(jī)仿真驗(yàn)證了模型和理論分析的準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果顯示,數(shù)值模擬仿真與理論分析結(jié)果相吻合,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證模型的準(zhǔn)確性。另外,通過模擬疾病間相互損害、相互促進(jìn)的相反傳播情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)臨界閾值的大小會(huì)隨著個(gè)體活躍度的降低而減小。
[Abstract]:Based on the mechanism of SIS transmission, a model of complex network disease transmission is proposed, which can be used to study the dual factors of node activity and disease interaction. Different from previous studies, this paper studies two different diseases, which are transmitted in the same population at the same time, and change their transmission probability through the interaction between diseases. At the same time, the individuals in the group will change their active state according to certain degree of activity, and then affect the contact state with other individuals. Based on the model, the dynamic evolution process and critical threshold of disease transmission are analyzed according to the theory of isomerous mean field. The accuracy of the model and theoretical analysis is verified by computer simulation. The results show that the numerical simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis results, and further verify the accuracy of the model. In addition, by simulating the reciprocal transmission of diseases, it is found that the critical threshold value of the system decreases with the decrease of individual activity.
