【摘要】：針對(duì)屬性值為猶豫模糊信息、屬性權(quán)重和自然狀態(tài)發(fā)生概率完全未知的多屬性群決策問題,考慮決策者心理行為,提出一種基于后悔理論和證據(jù)理論的多屬性群決策方法。首先,運(yùn)用證據(jù)理論計(jì)算各自然狀態(tài)發(fā)生的概率;然后,基于區(qū)間模糊矩陣、t-分布估計(jì)以及得分函數(shù)矩陣確定屬性信息的效用值,進(jìn)而依據(jù)后悔理論得到每個(gè)自然狀態(tài)下的感知效用矩陣;通過加權(quán)算術(shù)平均得到綜合感知效用矩陣,并依據(jù)方案綜合感知效用的大小確定方案優(yōu)劣排序;最后,將所提方法運(yùn)用于對(duì)投資公司的選擇實(shí)例中。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,雖然所提方法與現(xiàn)有方法得到的決策結(jié)果相同,但是所提方法在決策過程中只需考慮較少數(shù)量的參數(shù)。對(duì)比分析實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,所提方法得到的決策結(jié)果合理、可靠,且能反映實(shí)際決策情況。
[Abstract]:Considering the psychological behavior of decision makers, a multi-attribute group decision making method based on regret theory and evidence theory is proposed to solve the multi-attribute group decision making problem in which the attribute value is uncertain information, attribute weight and the probability of occurrence of natural state are completely unknown. Firstly, the probability of each natural state is calculated by using evidence theory, then, the utility value of attribute information is determined based on interval fuzzy matrix estimation and score function matrix. Then according to regret theory, the perceptual utility matrix of each natural state is obtained; the comprehensive perceptual utility matrix is obtained by weighted arithmetic average, and the order of scheme is determined according to the magnitude of the scheme comprehensive perceptual utility. Finally, The proposed method is applied to the selection of investment companies. The experimental results show that although the proposed method has the same decision results as the existing methods, the proposed method only needs to consider a small number of parameters in the decision-making process. The experimental results show that the proposed method is reasonable, reliable and can reflect the actual decision-making situation.
