【摘要】:本文對HIV和HCV在個體體內(nèi)的感染過程進行了建模與研究.建立和研究具有潛伏和時滯的個體體內(nèi)HIV-1感染模型.對模型的動力學性態(tài)進行了系統(tǒng)研究,給出了模型基本再生數(shù)的表達式,運用構(gòu)造Lyapunov函數(shù)方法,證明了未感染平衡點和感染平衡點的全局穩(wěn)定性,數(shù)值模擬對理論結(jié)果進行了驗證.建立和研究具有分布時滯的HCV感染模型.給出了模型基本再生數(shù)的表達式,運用構(gòu)造Lyapunov函數(shù)方法,證明了未感染平衡點和感染平衡點的全局穩(wěn)定性.
[Abstract]:The infection process of HIV and HCV in individuals was modeled and studied. To establish and study the model of HIV-1 infection in individuals with latency and delay. The dynamic behavior of the model is studied systematically, the expression of the basic reproducing number of the model is given, and the global stability of the uninfected equilibrium point and the infected equilibrium point is proved by using the method of constructing Lyapunov function. The theoretical results are verified by numerical simulation. HCV infection model with distributed delay was established and studied.
