感染HaDNV-1的棉鈴蟲(chóng)種群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型動(dòng)力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:棉鈴蟲(chóng)是一種棉花蕾鈴期的大害蟲(chóng),廣泛分布于中國(guó)及世界各地,致使農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)上遭受巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失.近年發(fā)現(xiàn)的的HaDNV-1是一種與棉鈴蟲(chóng)互利共生的濃核桿菌,感染此病毒的棉鈴蟲(chóng)發(fā)育速度加快,繁殖能力加強(qiáng),抗性提高.因此建立適當(dāng)?shù)臄?shù)學(xué)模型分析棉鈴蟲(chóng)的繁殖生長(zhǎng)及傳播的規(guī)律,有利于相關(guān)部門(mén)制定有效的防治方案.本文主要從捕食者,擴(kuò)散及時(shí)滯三個(gè)方面,考慮其對(duì)棉鈴蟲(chóng)規(guī)模的影響,全文的結(jié)構(gòu)如下:第一章主要介紹了研究感染HaDNV-1棉鈴蟲(chóng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型建立的背景,意義,研究現(xiàn)狀以及與本文相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)等.第二章研究了帶有捕食者的棉鈴蟲(chóng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型.在該章中,主要從捕食者對(duì)棉鈴蟲(chóng)的捕食是否具有偏好兩方面來(lái)考慮,得到不同情形下種群的存亡情況.第三章研究了帶有擴(kuò)散的棉鈴蟲(chóng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型.首先從HaDNV-1病毒及其他環(huán)境因素對(duì)棉鈴蟲(chóng)具有潛在的危害來(lái)考慮,得到兩種棉鈴蟲(chóng)共存的條件;接著在此基礎(chǔ)上,考慮擴(kuò)散的影響,得到共存穩(wěn)定的條件并得到感染型棉鈴蟲(chóng)入侵成功的條件.第四章主要對(duì)帶有擴(kuò)散和時(shí)滯的兩類(lèi)棉鈴蟲(chóng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,反映在不同參數(shù)情形下棉鈴蟲(chóng)種群的發(fā)展趨勢(shì).
[Abstract]:Cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) is a major pest in the bud and boll stage of cotton, which is widely distributed in China and all over the world, resulting in huge economic losses in agricultural production. The HaDNV-1 found in recent years is a symbiotic symbiotic bacterium of Helicoverpa armigera. The cotton bollworm infected with the virus has a faster development rate, stronger reproductive ability and higher resistance. Therefore, the establishment of appropriate mathematical model to analyze the propagation and propagation of Helicoverpa armigera is beneficial to the establishment of effective control schemes. In this paper, the effects of predator, diffusion and delay on the scale of Helicoverpa armigera are considered. The structure of this paper is as follows: in Chapter 1, the background and significance of the establishment of a competition model for cotton bollworm infected with HaDNV-1 are introduced. Research status and basic knowledge related to this paper. In chapter 2, the competition model of cotton bollworm with predator is studied. In this chapter, the survival and death of the population under different conditions are obtained from two aspects: the predator's predation to cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) and the predation of cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera). In chapter 3, the competition model of Helicoverpa armigera with diffusion is studied. Considering the potential harm to Helicoverpa armigera caused by HaDNV-1 virus and other environmental factors, the co-existence condition of two species of Helicoverpa armigera was obtained, and then the effect of diffusion was considered. The conditions of coexistence and stability were obtained, and the conditions for successful invasion of infected cotton bollworm were obtained. In chapter 4, two kinds of cotton bollworm competition models with diffusion and delay are numerically simulated, which reflect the development trend of cotton bollworm population under different parameters.
