【摘要】：針對租賃設(shè)備的特殊性,提出了一種周期預(yù)防維護(hù)策略模型。該策略綜合考慮設(shè)備的當(dāng)前維護(hù)周期、預(yù)防維護(hù)、小修以及懲罰機(jī)制等因素對維護(hù)成本的影響,從設(shè)備的當(dāng)前維護(hù)周期出發(fā),構(gòu)造出故障率分布的平滑函數(shù),以設(shè)備的歷史故障數(shù)據(jù)信息為依據(jù),使用最大似然估計解析方法對設(shè)備的故障率分布函數(shù)參數(shù)進(jìn)行有效估計,建立以租賃企業(yè)維護(hù)成本最小化為目標(biāo)的周期預(yù)防維護(hù)策略模型。最后是算例分析,研究表明,該策略符合租賃設(shè)備維護(hù)的實際情況,可為租賃企業(yè)提供有效的維護(hù)解決方案。
[Abstract]:According to the particularity of leasing equipment, a preventive maintenance strategy model is proposed. The strategy synthetically considers the influence of the current maintenance period, preventive maintenance, minor repair and punishment mechanism on the maintenance cost. Based on the current maintenance period of the equipment, the smooth function of the failure rate distribution is constructed. Based on the historical fault data of the equipment, the failure rate distribution function parameters of the equipment are estimated effectively by using the maximum likelihood estimation analytical method, and the periodic preventive maintenance strategy model is established with the aim of minimizing the maintenance cost of the leasing enterprise. Finally, an example is given. The research shows that the strategy is in line with the actual situation of rental equipment maintenance, and can provide an effective maintenance solution for the leasing enterprise.
