【摘要】：本文先根據(jù)IVIFWGA算子,提出了GIVIFWG 算子,給出了其性質(zhì),并通過數(shù)值例子說明了該算子的可行性.然后針對(duì)屬性值為區(qū)間直覺模糊數(shù)的多屬性群決策問題,考慮決策者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)偏好和屬性權(quán)重不完全確定的情況,提出一種新的意見集中排序法.首先根據(jù)定義的得分函數(shù)對(duì)決策矩陣中的評(píng)價(jià)值比較大小,進(jìn)而對(duì)方案排成線性序;然后基于新的排序方法,建立模型獲得屬性權(quán)重值,并利用加權(quán)平均算子對(duì)方案集結(jié),得到排序方案.最后,通過數(shù)值實(shí)例驗(yàn)證該方法的可行性.
[Abstract]:In this paper, according to the IVIFWGA operator, the GIVIFWG operator is proposed and its properties are given, and the feasibility of the operator is illustrated by a numerical example. Then, for the multi-attribute group decision making problem whose attribute value is interval intuitionistic fuzzy number, Considering the uncertainty of decision makers' risk preference and attribute weight, a new opinion set ranking method is proposed. Firstly, the evaluation value in the decision matrix is compared according to the defined score function, and then the scheme is arranged in a linear order. Then, based on the new sorting method, the model is established to obtain the attribute weight value, and the weighted average operator is used to aggregate the scheme to obtain the sorting scheme. Finally, the feasibility of the method is verified by a numerical example.
