【摘要】：以河北省11個(gè)地級(jí)市為研究對(duì)象,選取集對(duì)分析模型對(duì)11地市的基本公共服務(wù)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行測(cè)評(píng),以期為河北省推進(jìn)基本公共服務(wù)均等化以及縮小與京津地區(qū)的公共服務(wù)差距等相關(guān)公共政策的制定提供參考依據(jù).研究結(jié)論如下:基本公共服務(wù)屬優(yōu)的城市有石家莊、唐山和保定;屬良的城市有邯鄲和滄州;屬中的城市有廊坊和張家口;屬尚可的城市有承德、邢臺(tái)和秦皇島;屬差的城市為衡水.
[Abstract]:Taking 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province as the research object, selecting the set pair analysis model to evaluate the basic public service quality of 11 cities. In order to promote the equalization of basic public services in Hebei Province and to narrow the gap between Beijing and Tianjin and other related public policies, the conclusions of the study are as follows: Shijiazhuang is the city with excellent basic public services. Tangshan and Baoding; good cities Handan and Cangzhou; belong to the city Langfang and Zhangjiakou; belong to the city of Chengde, Xingtai and Qinhuangdao; belong to the poor city of Hengshui.
