【摘要】:當(dāng)前評價(jià)系統(tǒng)具有簡單易行、結(jié)果明了的優(yōu)勢,但在評價(jià)對象影響因素特性不明確的情況下,無法準(zhǔn)確體現(xiàn)實(shí)際情況。為此,設(shè)計(jì)了一種新的基于移動(dòng)互聯(lián)技術(shù)的通用模糊層評價(jià)系統(tǒng),介紹了通用模糊層評價(jià)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思想及系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),給出系統(tǒng)功能結(jié)構(gòu)。詳細(xì)分析了模糊庫子系統(tǒng)、指標(biāo)系統(tǒng)子系統(tǒng)、模糊綜合評判子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)過程。利用數(shù)據(jù)庫關(guān)系模型對存儲(chǔ)進(jìn)行簡化,通過樹型結(jié)構(gòu)表示評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對評價(jià)指標(biāo)及權(quán)重進(jìn)行保存。通過原始數(shù)據(jù)將評價(jià)對象的評價(jià)結(jié)果劃分成優(yōu)、良、中、差4個(gè)等級,通過模糊綜合評判方法對評價(jià)對象進(jìn)行評價(jià),獲取評價(jià)結(jié)果。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)評價(jià)準(zhǔn)確度和效率均較高。
[Abstract]:The current evaluation system has the advantages of simplicity and clear results, but it can not accurately reflect the actual situation when the characteristics of the influencing factors of the evaluation object are not clear. A new universal fuzzy layer evaluation system based on mobile interconnection technology is designed. The design idea and system structure of the general fuzzy layer evaluation system are introduced, and the function structure of the system is given, and the fuzzy library subsystem is analyzed in detail. The design process of index system subsystem and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation subsystem. The database relational model is used to simplify the storage, and the evaluation index system is represented by tree structure. The evaluation result is divided into four grades: excellent, good, medium and poor, and the evaluation object is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The experimental results show that the evaluation accuracy and efficiency of the designed system are high.
