【摘要】：隨著Agent技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,Agent的應(yīng)用已逐漸深入到了各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。Agent所執(zhí)行任務(wù)的難度以及應(yīng)用環(huán)境的復(fù)雜度也在不斷增加,單個(gè)Agent已經(jīng)不能滿足應(yīng)用的要求,多Agent系統(tǒng)研究已成為Agent技術(shù)的一個(gè)重要研究方向。目前多Agent系統(tǒng)成為分布式人工智能領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)重要分支,同時(shí)也是當(dāng)今國(guó)際上人工智能領(lǐng)域研究的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題之一,而多Agent協(xié)作問(wèn)題是多Agent系統(tǒng)研究的核心問(wèn)題之一。多Agent環(huán)境中,Agent的行為選擇受到環(huán)境中其它Agent行為選擇的影響,博弈論為這種相互影響的決策行為提供了很好的數(shù)學(xué)工具,本文利用博弈論的方法,來(lái)研究多Agent的協(xié)作問(wèn)題,具體內(nèi)容如下:(1)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外多Agent協(xié)作的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述,介紹了多Agent協(xié)作的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容、目前的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,對(duì)已取得成果進(jìn)行分析,并指出其中存在的不足。(2)介紹了Agent和多Agent系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)概念,博弈論的概念及分類,Nash均衡的定義及相關(guān)定理。(3)研究了多Agent協(xié)作團(tuán)隊(duì)的形成問(wèn)題。針對(duì)復(fù)雜環(huán)境中協(xié)作團(tuán)隊(duì)容易被打破的問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于博弈論和信譽(yù)值的多Agent團(tuán)隊(duì)形成算法,并用懲罰機(jī)制對(duì)試圖退出協(xié)作團(tuán)隊(duì)的Agent成員進(jìn)行懲罰,有效地保證了任務(wù)執(zhí)行過(guò)程中協(xié)作團(tuán)隊(duì)的穩(wěn)定性。(4)研究了多Agent協(xié)作任務(wù)執(zhí)行的問(wèn)題。針對(duì)復(fù)雜環(huán)境中的多Agent團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作問(wèn)題,提出了基于博弈論的多Agent協(xié)作算法,并利用虛擬行動(dòng)法來(lái)預(yù)測(cè)團(tuán)隊(duì)中其它成員的行為選擇策略,使得Agent能夠選擇更好的行為策略,快速到達(dá)平衡。(5)最后,對(duì)論文的主要工作進(jìn)行總結(jié),并闡述下一步的研究工作。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of Agent technology, the application of agent has gradually penetrated into the difficulty of executing tasks and the complexity of application environment in various fields. A single Agent can no longer meet the requirements of the application. The research of multiple Agent systems has become an important research direction of Agent technology. At present, multiple Agent systems have become an important branch of the field of distributed artificial intelligence, and also one of the hot issues in the field of artificial intelligence in the world. The problem of multi-agent collaboration is one of the core problems in the study of multi-agent systems. The behavior selection of multi-agent in multi-agent environment is influenced by other Agent behavior choices in the environment. Game theory provides a good mathematical tool for this kind of interactive decision-making behavior. This paper makes use of the game theory method to study the cooperation problem of multiple Agent. The specific contents are as follows: (1) the research status of multi-#en1# collaboration at home and abroad is summarized, and the main research contents and current hot issues of multi-#en2# collaboration are introduced. This paper analyzes the results achieved, and points out the shortcomings. (2) it introduces the related concepts of Agent and multiple Agent systems. The concept and classification of game theory and the definition of Nash equilibrium and related theorems. 3) the formation of multiple Agent cooperative teams is studied. In view of the problem that cooperative teams are easily broken in complex environments, In this paper, a multi-#en0# team formation algorithm based on game theory and credit value is proposed, and the penalty mechanism is used to punish the Agent member who tries to quit the cooperative team. This paper effectively guarantees the stability of cooperative team in task execution. We study the problem of multi-#en0# cooperative task execution. Aiming at the problem of multi-#en1# team cooperation in complex environment, a multi-#en2# cooperation algorithm based on game theory is proposed. The virtual action method is used to predict the behavior choice strategies of other members of the team, so that Agent can choose better behavior strategies and reach balance quickly. Finally, the main work of this paper is summarized, and the next research work is described.
