【摘要】：為了探索虛擬社區(qū)互動(dòng)行為對(duì)新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)迭代創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響,以小米MIUI社區(qū)為例,運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)爬蟲(chóng)程序獲取最近四年"產(chǎn)品發(fā)布"和"功能建議"板塊的面板數(shù)據(jù),采用Logistic和Poisson回歸進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。研究結(jié)果表明,迭代創(chuàng)新績(jī)效與用戶(hù)的產(chǎn)品互動(dòng)水平呈負(fù)相關(guān),與用戶(hù)的人際互動(dòng)水平以及企業(yè)與用戶(hù)互動(dòng)水平呈正相關(guān)。這些發(fā)現(xiàn)啟示企業(yè),應(yīng)該利用人際互動(dòng)水平作為篩選依據(jù),快速聚焦用戶(hù)共性的需求,并加強(qiáng)企業(yè)與用戶(hù)的互動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the impact of virtual community interaction behavior on iterative innovation performance of new product development, taking Xiaomi MIUI community as an example, web crawler program was used to obtain panel data of "product release" and "function suggestion" in the last four years. Using Logistic and Poisson regression, the results show that the iterative innovation performance is negatively correlated with the level of product interaction, positively correlated with the level of interpersonal interaction of users and the level of interaction between enterprises and users. The level of interpersonal interaction should be used as the screening basis to quickly focus on the common needs of users and strengthen the interaction between enterprises and users.
