【摘要】：在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中,存在著大量語(yǔ)言值多屬性群決策問(wèn)題,它具有廣泛的實(shí)際應(yīng)用背景。然而,在決策過(guò)程中由于外部環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性和難預(yù)測(cè)性、決策問(wèn)題本身的模糊性、人類(lèi)認(rèn)識(shí)的局限性,以致決策者不能用簡(jiǎn)單語(yǔ)言值來(lái)表達(dá)自己的評(píng)價(jià)意見(jiàn),而是以不確定語(yǔ)言或直覺(jué)語(yǔ)言的形式給出。不確定語(yǔ)言體現(xiàn)了人類(lèi)的思維方式,直覺(jué)語(yǔ)言體現(xiàn)了決策者對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)值的信心度和猶豫程度。本文對(duì)這兩類(lèi)語(yǔ)言值多屬性群決策問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了探究,提出了對(duì)應(yīng)的決策模型和方法并通過(guò)實(shí)例分析說(shuō)明了它們的有效性和實(shí)用性。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容如下:1.提出基于可能度的PROMETHEE Ⅱ不確定語(yǔ)言多屬性決策模型。該模型在可能度概念的基礎(chǔ)上定義了全局優(yōu)勢(shì)可能度,將其引入到PROMETHEEⅡ中優(yōu)先函數(shù)的構(gòu)造,在此基礎(chǔ)上定義全局凈流,并根據(jù)全局凈流得到方案的排序。最后通過(guò)實(shí)例分析說(shuō)明提出模型的有效性。2.將可能度的概念引入到ELECTRE Ⅱ中屬性集的劃分上,在考慮同一屬性下的差異的基礎(chǔ)上,重新定義了和諧性指標(biāo)�；诖�,建立基于可能度的ELECTREⅡ不確定語(yǔ)言多屬性決策模型,并將該模型運(yùn)用于社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)研究。3.將補(bǔ)償加權(quán)平均聚合算子拓展到直覺(jué)語(yǔ)言環(huán)境,并考慮聚合過(guò)程序的關(guān)系和聚合過(guò)程中聚合數(shù)據(jù)間的支持度,分別定義了兩種直覺(jué)語(yǔ)言補(bǔ)償性聚合算子。在此基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了兩種解決直覺(jué)語(yǔ)言多屬性群決策問(wèn)題的方法。最后運(yùn)用算例驗(yàn)證其有效性。
[Abstract]:In real life, there are a large number of linguistic valued multi-attribute group decision making problems, which have a wide range of practical application background. However, in the decision-making process, due to the complexity and unpredictability of the external environment, the decision-making problem itself is fuzzy. Human cognition is so limited that decision makers can't express their opinions in simple language, but in the form of uncertain language or intuitive language. Uncertain language reflects the way of human thinking. Intuitionistic language reflects the degree of confidence and hesitation of decision makers in evaluating value.
