【摘要】：針對(duì)廣角極光成像儀濾光片組件的溫度控制需求,設(shè)計(jì)了一種高精度溫度控制系統(tǒng)。使用鉑電阻作為測(cè)溫傳感器,測(cè)溫電路可以達(dá)到0.05℃的溫度采集精度;使用DSP作為主控制器,實(shí)現(xiàn)了濾光片溫度的全數(shù)字控制;使用恒流源電路作為加熱片的驅(qū)動(dòng)控制電路,實(shí)現(xiàn)了加熱功率的高精度、低噪聲控制;建立了濾光片組件溫度控制系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,結(jié)合實(shí)際系統(tǒng)的階躍響應(yīng)曲線辨識(shí)得到系統(tǒng)模型參數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的控制器,進(jìn)行了仿真,給出了控制器的性能曲線;通過(guò)濾光片組件溫度控制系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)控制器參數(shù)進(jìn)行了整定,得到了優(yōu)化的控制器參數(shù)。最后,給出了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際溫度控制結(jié)果,表明系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)濾光片的高精度溫度控制。
