【摘要】：活塞作為發(fā)動機(jī)的重要組成部分,長期處于高溫、高壓、脈沖式?jīng)_擊的工作環(huán)境中,其工作狀況和壽命直接影響發(fā)動機(jī)的壽命�；钊钠谑腔钊У闹匾问街�,液壓活塞疲勞測試儀對研究活塞機(jī)械疲勞壽命有著重要的意義。介紹了國產(chǎn)液壓活塞疲勞測試儀控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案及使用效果。實(shí)踐表明:研發(fā)的活塞疲勞測試儀的控制技術(shù),滿足活塞疲勞測試的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo),對提高我國活塞設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)及使用水平具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:As an important part of engine, piston is in the working environment of high temperature, high pressure and pulse impact for a long time. The fatigue failure of piston is one of the important forms of piston failure, and the hydraulic piston fatigue tester is of great significance to study the mechanical fatigue life of piston. This paper introduces the design scheme and application effect of the control system of domestic hydraulic piston fatigue tester. The practice shows that the control technology of the developed piston fatigue tester can meet the various technical indexes of piston fatigue testing, and it is of great significance to improve the piston design, production and application level in China.
