外差式激光測(cè)振儀關(guān)鍵參數(shù)校準(zhǔn)研究

【摘要】:激光測(cè)振儀廣泛應(yīng)用于國(guó)防、精密機(jī)械制造、汽車(chē)等領(lǐng)域,對(duì)其校準(zhǔn)技術(shù)和方法的研究尤為重要。本課題的研究依附于國(guó)家重大科學(xué)儀器開(kāi)發(fā)專(zhuān)項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目子課題“跨尺度三維光電振動(dòng)測(cè)量?jī)x計(jì)量及可靠性評(píng)價(jià)研究”,主要負(fù)責(zé)激光測(cè)振儀關(guān)鍵電路性能的校準(zhǔn)研究,包括校準(zhǔn)方法的研究、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置的研制及校準(zhǔn)軟件的開(kāi)發(fā),最終形成一套外差式激光測(cè)振儀關(guān)鍵參數(shù)校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)?紤]到本課題的應(yīng)用范圍,作者主要研究振動(dòng)頻率為0.2Hz-300kHz范圍內(nèi)激光測(cè)振儀信號(hào)采集、處理電路的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的校準(zhǔn)。主要進(jìn)行了以下幾方面的研究工作:第一章闡述了課題的研究背景與意義,對(duì)激光測(cè)振儀的國(guó)內(nèi)外校準(zhǔn)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述,并對(duì)論文的主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了概述。第二章確定了激光測(cè)振儀量程、線性度、靈敏度、相移、上升時(shí)間、總諧波失真度六個(gè)關(guān)鍵校準(zhǔn)參數(shù),對(duì)每一參數(shù)的定義及校準(zhǔn)方法進(jìn)行了研究,制定了用電信號(hào)對(duì)激光測(cè)振儀各關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)的方案。第三章對(duì)激光測(cè)振儀校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)硬件進(jìn)行了選型與設(shè)計(jì),分別介紹了信號(hào)發(fā)生模塊、數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊以及數(shù)據(jù)處理與控制模塊的設(shè)計(jì),利用NI PXI平臺(tái)完成了整個(gè)校準(zhǔn)裝置的搭建。第四章對(duì)激光測(cè)振儀校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)軟件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),介紹了基于LabVIEW的用戶(hù)登錄模塊和激光測(cè)振儀關(guān)鍵參數(shù)校準(zhǔn)模塊的軟件編寫(xiě),借助虛擬儀器技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了上位機(jī)與板卡設(shè)備之間的通訊及數(shù)據(jù)的采集、處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)激光測(cè)振儀各關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的自動(dòng)校準(zhǔn)。第五章對(duì)本文研制的校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行性能驗(yàn)證,并利用該校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)對(duì)舜宇公司的激光測(cè)振儀關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進(jìn)行了計(jì)量校準(zhǔn),驗(yàn)證了校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性、準(zhǔn)確性。第六章對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié),指出了不足之處,對(duì)下一步工作提出了展望。
[Abstract]:Laser vibration measuring instrument is widely used in the fields of national defense, precision mechanical manufacture, automobile and so on, so it is very important to study its calibration technology and method. The research of this subject is attached to the subproject of national important scientific instrument development project, "Measurement and reliability evaluation of three dimensional photoelectric vibration measuring instrument", which is mainly responsible for the calibration research of the key circuit performance of laser vibration measuring instrument. Including the research of calibration method, the development of standard device and the development of calibration software, a set of calibration system for key parameters of heterodyne laser vibration measuring instrument is formed. Considering the application scope of this subject, the author mainly studies the calibration of the key parameters of the processing circuit and the signal acquisition of the laser vibration measuring instrument in the range of 0.2Hz-300kHz. The main work is as follows: the first chapter describes the research background and significance of the subject, summarizes the domestic and foreign calibration research status of laser vibration measuring instrument, and summarizes the main contents of the paper. In the second chapter, six key calibration parameters are determined, such as the measurement range, linearity, sensitivity, phase shift, rise time and total harmonic distortion. The definition and calibration method of each parameter are studied. The scheme of calibrating the key parameters of laser vibration measuring instrument with electric signal is established. In the third chapter, the hardware of the calibration system of laser vibration measuring instrument is selected and designed. The design of signal generation module, data acquisition module and data processing and control module are introduced, and the whole calibration device is built using NI PXI platform. In chapter 4, the calibration system software of laser vibration measuring instrument is designed, and the software programming of user login module based on LabVIEW and the calibration module of key parameters of laser vibration measuring instrument is introduced, with the help of virtual instrument technology. The communication between the upper computer and the board card equipment and the data acquisition and processing are realized, and the automatic calibration of the key parameters of the laser vibration measuring instrument is realized. In chapter 5, the performance of the calibration system developed in this paper is verified, and the key parameters of the laser vibration measuring instrument of Shunyu Company are measured and calibrated by the calibration system, which verifies the stability and accuracy of the calibration system. The sixth chapter summarizes the full text, points out the shortcomings, and puts forward the prospects for the next work.
