空間調(diào)制干涉成像光譜儀在軌相對定標(biāo)新方法

【摘要】:干涉型成像光譜儀干涉數(shù)據(jù)會因探測器探元響應(yīng)不一致產(chǎn)生畸變,而干涉圖的極小偏差會導(dǎo)致復(fù)原光譜圖有明顯變化,所以對干涉圖進行相對定標(biāo),消除探元響應(yīng)不一致顯得尤為重要。提出了一種基于輻射定標(biāo)場的干涉型成像光譜儀在軌相對定標(biāo)新方法,在沒有實驗室相對定標(biāo)系數(shù)的前提下,只需要獲取地面上垂軌方向覆蓋數(shù)行CCD探元的均勻地物光譜,每一行地物光譜對應(yīng)一幀干涉圖,就可以通過這一均勻地物的光譜仿真出干涉圖,與實際所測干涉圖進行相位匹配后計算出相對定標(biāo)系數(shù)。驗證結(jié)果表明使用該方法對干涉圖進行相對校正可以取得良好的效果,校正后的干涉圖走勢平穩(wěn),在遠離零光程差處沿干涉方向呈現(xiàn)明顯的干涉條紋,消除了復(fù)原光譜圖中的條帶。
[Abstract]:The interference data of the interferometric imaging spectrometer will be distorted because the detector response is inconsistent, and the minimum deviation of the interferogram will lead to the obvious change of the recovered spectrogram, so the interferogram is relatively calibrated. It is very important to eliminate the inconsistency of probe response. A new method of in-orbit relative calibration of interferometric imaging spectrometer based on radiometric calibration field is proposed. Without the relative calibration coefficient in the laboratory, it is only necessary to obtain the uniform surface spectrum of the vertical orbit covering several rows of CCD elements on the ground. Each line of ground object spectrum corresponds to a frame of interferogram, and the interferogram can be simulated by the spectrum of this uniform ground object, and the relative calibration coefficient can be calculated by matching the phase with the actual interferogram. The results show that the method can achieve good results in the relative correction of interferogram. The corrected interferogram has a smooth trend and presents obvious interference fringes along the interference direction far from zero optical path difference. The band in the restored spectral map is eliminated.
