電磁驅(qū)動超高速機械快門性能分析

【摘要】:高溫高密度等離子體輻射源產(chǎn)生脈沖X射線的同時還產(chǎn)生等離子體碎片,飛散速度分布在0.1~10km/s。研制電磁驅(qū)動超高速機械快門,有效通光孔徑為40mm×50mm,利用45mm×60mm×100μm的鋁膜作為快門葉片,在放電電壓20kV、驅(qū)動電流80kA、放電周期18μs條件下,獲得的快門關(guān)門時間小于180μs。將快門放置在距離等離子體X射線源2m處,X射線通過后在180μs時間內(nèi)關(guān)閉光學(xué)通道,以阻擋高溫高密度等離子體產(chǎn)生的碎片,保護X射線精密探測系統(tǒng)和樣品,同時實現(xiàn)等離子體參數(shù)的精密測量。
[Abstract]:The high temperature and high density plasma radiation source produces the pulsed X ray and also produces the plasma fragment. The dispersion velocity is 0. 1 ~ 10 km / s. An electromagnetically driven ultra-high speed mechanical shutter was developed. The effective aperture of the shutter was 40mm 脳 50mm. Using aluminum film of 45mm 脳 60mm 脳 100 渭 m as shutter blade, the shutter closing time was less than 180 渭 s under the conditions of 20 kV discharge voltage, 80 Ka driving current and 18 渭 s discharge period. The shutter is placed at a distance of 2m from the plasma X-ray source to close the optical channel within 180 渭 s of the X-ray passing through, in order to block the fragments produced by the high-temperature and high-density plasma, and to protect the X-ray precision detection system and samples. At the same time, the precise measurement of plasma parameters is realized.
