【摘要】：在考慮了高溫成形極限試驗(yàn)中高溫模具的傳熱理論分析之后,設(shè)計(jì)了高溫成形極限模具和板料的加熱冷卻控溫系統(tǒng),并建立了鈦合金板材熱成形環(huán)境下的高溫成形極限試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)�；谠摳邷爻尚螛O限試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)和高溫成形極限試驗(yàn)流程,獲得并分析了TC鈦合金板料在650,700和750℃這3種試驗(yàn)條件下的板料溫度變化趨勢(shì),同時(shí)完成了700℃下的TC鈦合金高溫成形極限試驗(yàn)。溫度驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明,鈦合金板料在3種溫度的試驗(yàn)條件下,溫度變化幅度均小于±10℃,驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)的可靠性。在通過驗(yàn)證該高溫試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的可靠性之后,獲得700℃高溫環(huán)境下鈦合金板材的成形極限試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。
