光纖光柵傳感器在500m口徑球面射電望遠鏡工程索網(wǎng)施工階段的應用

【摘要】:500m口徑球面射電望遠鏡(FAST)的主動反射面系統(tǒng)由圈梁、反射面單元、主索網(wǎng)及下拉索、促動器和地錨等組成,工程索網(wǎng)施工階段會對支撐索網(wǎng)結構的圈梁及格構柱結構產(chǎn)生復雜多變的應力影響。為實現(xiàn)對圈梁及格構柱結構精準的應力監(jiān)測,將光纖光柵傳感器應用于圈梁及格構柱結構的索網(wǎng)施工過程監(jiān)測中。介紹了傳感器原理、測點布設、數(shù)據(jù)采集及數(shù)據(jù)分析方法。根據(jù)FAST索網(wǎng)施工過程監(jiān)測的特點,基于3σ準則提出了一種新的異常數(shù)據(jù)處理方法,并利用該方法進行異常數(shù)據(jù)的分析與剔除。對實測數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,結果表明,在索網(wǎng)施工過程中圈梁測點的應力始終小于安全值201.5MPa,格構柱測點的應力也一直處于安全范圍內(nèi),且隨著索網(wǎng)施工的進行,其應力變化具有一定的規(guī)律性。該光纖光柵傳感器監(jiān)測方法在FAST索網(wǎng)施工階段得到了良好的應用。
[Abstract]:The active reflector system of the 500m spherical radio telescope FAST consists of a ring beam, a reflector element, a main cable net and a pull-down cable, an actuator and a ground anchor, etc. The construction stage of cable net will have complex and changeable stress effect on the structure of pass structure column of ring beam of braced cable net structure. In order to accurately monitor the stress of the pass column structure of the ring beam, the fiber Bragg grating sensor is applied to the monitoring of the cable net construction process of the pass column structure of the ring beam. The principle of sensor, the setting of measuring points, the method of data acquisition and data analysis are introduced. According to the characteristics of FAST cable network construction process monitoring, a new abnormal data processing method based on 3 蟽 criterion is proposed, and the method is used to analyze and eliminate the abnormal data. The analysis of the measured data shows that the stress of the measuring point of the ring beam is always less than the safe value of 201.5MPa during the construction of the cable net, and the stress of the measuring point of the lattice column is always in the safe range, and with the construction of the cable net, The stress changes have certain regularity. The fiber Bragg grating sensor monitoring method has been well applied in the construction phase of FAST cable network.
