【摘要】：隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)居民生活水平的提高,生活用水的需求量也日益增加。但這種趨勢與我國水資源實際儲量逐年減少的趨勢顯得格格不入。隨著國家“一戶一表”工程和“階梯收費”政策全面落地實施,標(biāo)志著用水管理部門以價格為杠桿督促居民節(jié)約用水新征程的起步。為順應(yīng)國家的“階梯收費”政策,在現(xiàn)有用水計量器具的基礎(chǔ)之上開發(fā)具有階梯計費功能的用水計量器具就有很強(qiáng)的針對性和實用性。本文就是在這樣的背景下展開相關(guān)研究工作的。1、以傳統(tǒng)的旋翼式多流束機(jī)械水表為基礎(chǔ),通過合理布局信號采集傳感器的位置將基表的機(jī)械信號轉(zhuǎn)換為便于處理的電信號,通過計數(shù)的方法來實現(xiàn)對用水量的計量。2、采用射頻技術(shù),以射頻IC卡為信息載體完成水表與水表管理系統(tǒng)的信息交換。由于所采用的射頻卡容量大而且工作頻段高,因而用一張卡可以管理多塊水表而且具有較強(qiáng)的抗干擾性。3、在硬件設(shè)計方面采用低功耗器件及低功耗設(shè)計技術(shù),確保為水表提供電源的電池的工作壽命達(dá)到相關(guān)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。4、硬件設(shè)計方面是在現(xiàn)有預(yù)付費水表的基礎(chǔ)之上增加時間計量模塊來實現(xiàn)對階梯收費時間的確定。采用雙電源技術(shù),確保在主電源故障時避免表內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)丟失和時鐘計量偏差。5、采用B/S軟件架構(gòu)開發(fā)了相應(yīng)的營業(yè)管理系統(tǒng),具有功能強(qiáng)大、易于操作、人機(jī)交互界面友好等特點。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of living standards of urban residents in China, the demand for domestic water is increasing day by day. However, this trend is out of step with the decreasing trend of the actual reserves of water resources in China. With the implementation of the national "one household, one watch" project and the "ladder charge" policy, it marks the start of the new journey of water conservation urged by the water management department with price as the lever. In order to conform to the "ladder charge" policy of the country, it is very pertinent and practical to develop the water use metering apparatus with the function of ladder charging on the basis of the existing water metering instruments. In this paper, based on the traditional rotary-wing multi-flow beam mechanical water meter, the mechanical signal of the base table is converted into an electrical signal that is easy to process through the position of the sensor. The metering of water consumption is realized by counting method. The information exchange between water meter and water meter management system is completed by using radio frequency technology and radio frequency IC card as information carrier. Because of the large capacity and high frequency band of the radio frequency card, one card can manage many water meters and has strong anti-interference. In the aspect of hardware design, low-power devices and low-power design techniques are used. To ensure that the working life of the battery supplying power to the water meter meets the requirements of the relevant national standard. The hardware design is to add the time measurement module to the existing prepaid water meter to realize the determination of the step charge time. The double power technology is adopted to ensure that the data loss and clock metering deviation. 5. The corresponding business management system is developed by using the B / S software framework. It has the characteristics of powerful function, easy operation and friendly man-machine interface.
