【摘要】:X射線衍射分析是進(jìn)行化學(xué)、材料、物理、地質(zhì)、電子、環(huán)境等多學(xué)科研究的必備基本分析手段,但儀器價(jià)格昂貴,對教學(xué)來說仍然是一種稀缺資源。故X射線衍射分析有必要通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)化教學(xué)對學(xué)生和研究人員進(jìn)行知識(shí)普及,提高實(shí)驗(yàn)水平。從20世紀(jì)90年代初到目前為止,已經(jīng)建立了十余個(gè)科學(xué)儀器網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),它們在提升儀器利用率和異地專家協(xié)同實(shí)驗(yàn)等方面取得了顯著成果。但是未見大型分析儀器,特別是X射線衍射儀用于網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的報(bào)道。針對上述問題,本文開發(fā)了一套X射線衍射儀遠(yuǎn)程網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,將X射線衍射用于教學(xué)工作。 結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的科學(xué)儀器網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué),構(gòu)建了X射線衍射儀遠(yuǎn)程網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的系統(tǒng)框架,包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)管理、實(shí)驗(yàn)互動(dòng)交流、實(shí)驗(yàn)過程同步播放、實(shí)驗(yàn)信息共享、實(shí)驗(yàn)案例點(diǎn)播五個(gè)子系統(tǒng),具有現(xiàn)場視頻與計(jì)算機(jī)屏幕視頻的實(shí)時(shí)播放、語音交互、實(shí)驗(yàn)案例點(diǎn)播、課程預(yù)約、信息發(fā)布、實(shí)驗(yàn)報(bào)告上傳、成績記錄等功能。設(shè)計(jì)基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的軟件框架,分為數(shù)據(jù)庫、Web服務(wù)器和管理員軟件。系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫使用MySQL軟件進(jìn)行開發(fā),并從邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和物理設(shè)計(jì)兩方面進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。Web服務(wù)器使用Java語言結(jié)合SSH框架和AJAX技術(shù)開發(fā);設(shè)計(jì)了課程預(yù)約的流程,,解決過多人同時(shí)上課網(wǎng)絡(luò)擁堵的問題;采用基于FTP傳輸協(xié)議的文件傳輸模式,解決了傳統(tǒng)文傳輸時(shí)電腦易感染病毒的問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了實(shí)驗(yàn)信息的共享;采用flowplayer頁面播放器,實(shí)現(xiàn)了實(shí)驗(yàn)案例的點(diǎn)播。管理員軟件使用C++語言結(jié)合ActiveX技術(shù)開發(fā),包括同步播放控件,互動(dòng)交流控件和多條管理線程。設(shè)計(jì)了常規(guī)顯示、教師主控、學(xué)生主控、學(xué)生收聽,學(xué)生發(fā)言等情況下的工作流程,解決了多通道視頻源同時(shí)顯示,浪費(fèi)帶寬的和傳統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育語音模式單一的問題。實(shí)現(xiàn)了對視頻源的控制、管理以及教師與多位學(xué)生雙向多點(diǎn)之間的互動(dòng)交流。 本文針對于Web服務(wù)器和管理員軟件進(jìn)行了功能測試,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)符合預(yù)期的設(shè)計(jì)。并在吉林大學(xué)X射線衍射中心完成安裝及調(diào)試,展開了試驗(yàn)教學(xué)應(yīng)用工作,運(yùn)行狀態(tài)良好,性能穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) is a basic analysis method for chemistry, materials, physics, geology, electronics, environment and so on. However, the instrument is expensive and is still a scarce resource for teaching. So it is necessary to popularize the knowledge of students and researchers through network teaching in order to improve the experimental level. From the beginning of 1990s to now, more than ten network experimental systems of scientific instruments have been established, and they have made remarkable achievements in improving the utilization rate of instruments and cooperative experiments among experts in different places. However, no large-scale analytical instruments, especially X-ray diffractometer, have been reported for network experiment teaching. In order to solve the above problems, a set of remote network laboratory of X-ray diffractometer is developed in this paper, and X-ray diffraction is used in teaching. Combined with the existing network laboratory of scientific instruments and network teaching, the system frame of remote network laboratory of X-ray diffractometer is constructed, including network experiment teaching management, experiment interactive communication, experiment process playing synchronously, experiment information sharing, etc. The five subsystems of experimental caseon-on-demand have the functions of real-time playing of live video and computer screen video, voice interaction, experimental caseon-on-demand, course reservation, information publishing, report uploading, score recording and so on. The software framework based on B / S structure is designed, which is divided into database server and administrator software. The database of the system is developed with MySQL software, and the web server is designed from the two aspects of logical structure design and physical design. The web server is developed with Java language combined with SSH framework and AJAX technology, and the process of course reservation is designed. Solve the problem of network congestion of many people at the same time; adopt file transfer mode based on FTP protocol, solve the problem of computer infection virus in traditional text transmission, realize the sharing of experimental information; use flowplayer page player, The experimental case on demand is realized. The administrator software is developed with C language combined with ActiveX technology, including synchronous play control, interactive communication control and multiple management threads. In this paper, the working flow of conventional display, teacher control, student control, student listening, student speaking and so on is designed to solve the problems of multi-channel video source simultaneously displaying, wasting bandwidth and single traditional network education speech mode. The control and management of video source and the interaction between teachers and students are realized. This paper tests the function of Web server and administrator software, and the indexes accord with the expected design. The system was installed and debugged in the center of X-ray diffraction of Jilin University. The experimental teaching and application were carried out. The operation condition was good and the performance was stable.
